Rock-solid, well-designed piece of home gym equipment. The frame feels sturdy with no wobble, and the padding is thick and comfortable. Putting it together was a little tricky as the instructions weren’t great but it wasn’t too bad. Adjustment is quick, so it’s easy to switch between different exercises without breaking the flow of a workout. The foldable design is a big win, since it stores out of the way. For the price, the build quality and versatility are nice. Highly recommend for anyone building a serious home gym and wanting to protect their back while adding strength and stability.

As others have said about screws, washers, and the nuts was floating around in the package, the directions wasn't very good, but anyone with any mechanical ability at all should have no problem at all, look at the photos or in the directions and you can easily put it together, its not rocket science at all. I put it together in no more than 15min. There was a couple of square tubing that fits or slides in the other tubing and in shipping the outer tubing was crushed a little which made it difficult to get the tubing inside of it. The thing is- this is a very cheap back extension machine, it's made with thin metal and doesn't weigh very much. I had ordered a $500+ one from NordStick which I am 100% positive is a much better machine, but they seem to have a very hard time getting them from China, so I ordered this one and canceled the NordStick. I wanted to see how I do on the back extension exercises, because my back is in horrible shape and I don't feel like waiting months on NordStick. Is it a $1,000 machine? No! Is it a $500 machine? No! It is a $179.00 machine that fairly priced for what it is. Don't expect a more expensive machine for the price of what this is. I do think it is worth what was paid for it and ive used it a few times already and I think it's just fine for what I paid for it. I wouldn't try to do weighted back extensions with a barbell with extra weights on it, its not that heavy duty and could be hazardous to you, but non-weighted back extensions will work just fine on this. Also anyone that talks about it being flimsy, I found that when you adjust the machine if you just used the spring loaded pull pins to adjust the machine with out tighten the screw turn handle everything will be loose and flimsy but once you tighten them up everything on it is a lot better. Bottom line is.... it seems you get what you pay for here, I think it's worth the money that it cost, I plan on giving this one to a friend with a bad back once I get enough use out of it to where I want to get a better one.

We are starting a home gym in our garage and it was important to my husband to choose the most effective/ multipurpose equipment that did not take up too much space. If you frequently go to the gym you know that you can use this for various exercises. The quality is good, the metal feels heavy duty and well welded together. It isn’t too hard for me to move it, should I need to place it somewhere else in the garage. It wasn’t too hard to put together. Overall I think it’ll last awhile.

Very sturdy roman chair for back exercises, plenty of points of adjustment for different heights and difficulty settings. Easy to assemble and made of solid metal parts, with nice thick cushions. I'm 5'8" 165lb and the bench is completely stable and balanced when doing back extensions. Amazon's algorithm messed up so they had this on sale for Prime day 2 weeks after I bought it for full price. If it helps strengthen my lower back then it's worth full price.

Hardware is spewed thrown around the box. Hardware is lost total headache!!!!! 😭 Waste of time and money.... I paid more money to avoid this headache. $200 for hardware throw around in the box is crazy.

The media could not be loaded. This hyper is on point! My husband is deployed so input it together all by myself in about 45 minutes (had a toddler “helping”) so it took longer. I am short so was worried it wouldn’t work for glute specific exercises, I was wrong! This thing is sturdy, well made, and worked my glutes exactly where I needed! Would def recommend this product!
