Very good machine. Sturdy and comfortable to use. I used my own tools so assembly took a leisurely half hour. An Allen wrench was supplied and works well. A 13mm (or 1/2") and a 17mm (or 11/16") socket wrench will be very helpful and save time. The packaging is excellent with each piece bagged individually to make sure the already installed nuts, bolts and washers are not lost. Make sure to check the bags carefully, I almost threw away a washer that had remained in a bag I thought was empty. I really like this machine, I believe it will serve me well for a long time.

Very pleased with this purchase. I bought this over other roman chairs with many reviews because the angle could be adjusted and it did not seem as flimsy as others. Overall: - Smaller than I expected (I didn't pay attention to the dimensions), but good in terms of space saving. - It's sturdy; no concerns for big guys (I'm 6'4, 220lbs/193 cm, 99.8 kg). - Easy to put together. - I appreciate the spacing options for the pads. Con: Unless you are petite, it's probably not ideal to use as a dip station. The handles are too thin for comfort and spaced too close together to get deep.

I had such high hopes for this!!!! This isnt worth it for this price. I just purchased a different one for $60 less than this one and it is far superior in every way. This has tiny foot pedals, which aren't adjustable despite it saying in a photo that they are. The pads are "adjustable" by removing a bolt and washer, so only adjustable if you have tools! Its very wobbly and does not feel sturdy at all! Im very small, and the handles feel like they are way too close together for me even. If you are an average sized person, pass on this one. The picture with the foot pedal has my size 6 (womens) foot next to it to show how small it is. The other picture shows my size small body in between the handlebars.

Really good addition to my home gym. It feels sturdy and helps a lot with lower back, glutes, and hamstrings. Assembly was pretty straightforward and I like that it can be folded to save space. Great for quick workouts at home without needing a full gym setup.

Rock-solid, well-designed piece of home gym equipment. The frame feels sturdy with no wobble, and the padding is thick and comfortable. Putting it together was a little tricky as the instructions weren’t great but it wasn’t too bad. Adjustment is quick, so it’s easy to switch between different exercises without breaking the flow of a workout. The foldable design is a big win, since it stores out of the way. For the price, the build quality and versatility are nice. Highly recommend for anyone building a serious home gym and wanting to protect their back while adding strength and stability.
