Very nice exercise equipment. I was afraid that this might not hold up to my 6'2" 200 lbs. size. My fears were quickly alleviated. Also, I find this equipment to be easy to put together, easy to adjust, and adequately comfortable.

It still gets 5 stars even that the companies customer service is bad but Amazon made up for it. Assembling took less then 30 min. The discription is easy to understand and to follow. All necessary tools are included...the second time I got it. First time there were two wrong screws in it but after problemless return with Amazon, everytwas perfect. All parts fit well into each other. The whole equipment makes a sturdy and solid impression. It's actually fun to train on it/ with it. The cushons are comfortable and make practice painless when leaning on them. Adjusting to different body size is also easy and quickly done. Great! Update: due to server problems the company got my mail late but answered now in a friendly and cooperative way. So customer service works!!!

This roman chair was easy to assemble. Most of the hardware is pre-installed so you don't have to hunt for the right bolt/nut. I was able to simply follow instructions by looking at the photos and nothing more. Once together, the bench is easy to adjust. I like that the hip pad spacing can be adjusted. With aa previous roman chair, the pads were too far apart when doing side crunches. Here, I can close the gap more. The bench dos feel a little wobbly but maybe my floors are a little uneven. If being used on a gym mat, you probably won't feel it. It's nothing too concerning. But had the manufacturer included some rubber foot pads, that would probably help. Otherwise, the range of adjustability is nice. It folds up fairly easy although it's not overly compact. I did find the leg pads slide on the bar a little too easily. Kind of a pro and a con. When folding, I can pull the pads apart a little and fold the leg brace up, push the pads in against the main post to keep the brace folded up. Otherwise, when folded, it will just drop down unless you lean it at a low angle but that's not very space saving.

I needed one of these so I could save space and get rid of a larger bench that has a back extension attachment built into it. It was the only reason I had that 2nd bench, so now that I've got this, I could ditch it. Saved a good deal of space, and this is so much better than what was built into the bench! Being able to adjust the height, the angle, and even the WIDTH of the pads on this - couldn't ask for more. You can really tweak it to your liking and how your body best fits against the chair. My wife loves that, too, since she's quite a bit more petite than I am and needs to make several adjustments to be comfortable. Other than that, it does fold up pretty easily if you need to be able to put it away. We leave it open in a home gym so don't have to worry about that, though it doesn't have a huge footprint to begin with. It assembled easy enough, only a few pieces to put together and you're up and running in minutes. Everything feels durable, the padding is decent, the pseudo leather should hold up fine over time. All in all, this is exactly what you would want for doing back extensions, reverse crunches, side bends - quite a lot of versatility that you can't get with other equipment. Highly recommend.

Love this. Very well build and design. We have this in our basement, and it really help us with exercising. Was easy to assemble and put together. The paddings are solid, and faction as expected.
