I've been using makeup sponges for years for foundation. While I've been happy with the coverage they provide, the liquid foundation soaks into them which is wasteful, and they wear out pretty quickly. This is a good makeup brush. I kept hearing great things about this brand but honestly I don't see a huge difference between this one and my previous elf foundation brush. It works as it should. Cleans easily.

I am using less makeup now with this brush. Most brushes will soak in the foundation, this won’t! I was worried the size would be too big and it’s not at all, perfect for foundation and it’s buildable. Does not leave streaks or brush bristles, and are very soft. I’ve been eyeing this for so long, my problem is, that I want several brushes to try at once. I finally purchased them and I will continue to buy BK beauty. I’ve had a lot of compliments on my makeup recently and I know this is part of it (along with my prep before makeup). Just buy it! (Make sure to wash brushes upside down so the water doesn’t get into the handle, that is with any makeup brushes, you don’t want to ruin a good set) ... show more
