Poor set up in comparison to another heater that we’ve purchased. The quality looked so poor that we chose to not use this heater and tried to return it. We weren’t able to return directly through Amazon and the only option was to contact the manufacturer. We’ve contacted the manufacturer and they weren’t willing to give a full refund. They kept negotiating our refund and asked if we can resale it because “it’ll save the inconvenience and high freight to return”. The control is not connected to the housing. It appears that the ignition was not screwed in. It is loose in the housing making it unusable.
