So would not fit under my gazebo I new it before I Purchased it. So I cut 10.5 inches off the pipe fits great . Works great as well.

Assemble was easy with the exception of the wrap on the head shield which took some time to peel off. Start from the underside to make it easier. Additionally, the regulator takes a little forcing to get through the second part of the round upright stand. One other assembly tip is not to tighten the lower base until the top is attached. This will allow you to move it around and align holes before you tighten everything down. Finish is a hard finish which looks like it will last a long time. Tank strap was a nice feature I didn't expect. Head with the additional head shield was great. Wheels do help you move it. I might have had an old AAA battery, but the igniter didn't work so I had to light with a torch. I'll get a new battery and try again.

I bought both heaters, the pyramid 48,000 BTU's and the mushroom 50,000 BTU's.... The mushroom throws out more heat, and will keep everyone sitting at the patio table warm, especially if you use the deflector shield. The pyramid will keep maybe half the patio table warm, if you bring it up within 5 feet. It's saving grace is it's looks. It's quite the show piece with that vertical flame. It really does look impressive.

Ok, this is a nice patio heater and the deflector shield (for all the Star Trek fans our there) really works and concentrates the heat as you direct it. It is easy to assemble EXCEPT said deflector shield and the 3 piece reflector top piece are covered in protective blue plastic, which must be perled off. No big deal right? Wrong, the protective film (which did an outstanding job btw) is captured by the folds in the metal edges and took as long to remove by itself as it took to assemble the entire heater! You have to get it all out or it will surely melt and make a mess. Otherwise, it was great. It started easily and quickly. It did come with a courtesy shipping dent right in the front of the burner section even though the packaging looked substantial and well thought out but not big enough to return.

The media could not be loaded. I just put together one of the two that I purchased. I am in no way. I’m pleased with the heater itself. I purchased two because I didn’t believe (based on the space on my deck) one would be enough. The heater truly change the dynamics of our deck and everyone that has seen it and said something positive about it (mostly neighbors). I hate to have anything negative to say, but the cover arrive with one of the seams not totally sewn in… and the wind blowing has opened the small opening into a larger opening. But I don’t want to knock the product because of the cover. Hopefully they will just simply replace it. Solid purchase
