If I could give this a perfect score I absolutely would! Super easy to install, great directions. Also YouTube can help if you get confused but you won’t. The waste collector is the STAR of the show. It prevents un wanted waste from going back into the tank and add the convenient drain valve with the appropriate tubing and water changes are even easier and less hassle. It would have been nice if they included the tubing but it’s not a big deal you can just order it. Highly recommend you do. Comes with surface skimmer and spray bar attachment(s). It even has an air or CO2 in line option for oxygenation or CO2. It’s made out of solid materials. I set this filter up in under 10 mins. It’s ULTRA ULTRA QUIET. This is a powerful canister filter. The tray system is perfect they can only be setup one way so you’re not fumbling around confused how they stack cause of the tray design. Hygger gives you bio media balls. The intake and out have one small ring and one large again can’t get confused. My one tiny nit pick is I had to run to the pet store and buy a small rectangular sponge for one of the baskets for beneficial bacteria. Perfect for filter floss or seachem purigen. Comes with four trays!. I have four aquariums, I love this filter so much I ordered 3 more for the others. BUY THIS FILTER

Keeps my tank clean and easy to "clean"! Even sucks up baby pest snails and that part is easy to clean as well! The design fits any tank easily! Only issue ive noticed with versatility is that the clips for the filter part when cleaning are easy to come off! But great value for what I paid!

It stop working after 2 months, the motor starts to make loud noise and died. The filter itself is weak and needs to be clean every 3 days and it’s basically have to take off each and every parts. Very disappointing. The only thing I like about it is it traps baby guppy fish and so I can separate them. The filter itself, not even able to clean 20 gallon tank.

I've had this installed for about 3 weeks now. Using in a 60P or 23 gallon planted tank. So far seems to work well. The water is staying clear. I do not have any fish in tank yet and the live plants may be helping. It is not loud when running. I like to use the water spout and the skimmer in my tanks. Have not used the spray bar. Definitely a plus getting to choose your media. The drain feature is nice to, but can be a bit slow. Great for say 5 gallon water changes when needed. Would not recommend this feature for major water change. The air injection only seems to work with the spout aimed down and water level below filter Hight. It has taking several tweaks to get to function as I want. Over all it works great and will work fine for tanks up to MAYBE 30 gallons. Set up is not hard and there is several videos if you get confused.

I like the design and it seems to work well filtering however there are some issues. - the clear canister makes it ugly because you can see all the debris. - it’s not easy doing a water change with the unit still attached to the tank because water goes everywhere and then drips for an hour afterward. - the biggest thing is shrimp keep getting sucked into the canister. They go in on the bottom which can be drained but they also manage to get in the top so every day I have take the whole thing out to drain and save shrimp. Not fun.

Great product! The instruction needs to be updated with clearer details regarding assembly. I had to youtube the assembly on making sure the assembly process was correct. Where the filter takes in the debris and fish droppings should perhaps have a revision on adding a magnetic ring brush to brush off the debris from the filter instead of disassemble the entire canister to clean. Value is good but pricing could be better at a lower cost.

Very quiet, very strong flow. Be sure not to restrict the strainer and clean it regularly with your water changes. Holds a lot of media keeps the tank water cycled and healthy.
