Another plus is they don’t grow mold in them when they sit out in the sun with water in them like the flexzilla hoses do. The only downside side to them is there expensive.

I’ve gone through dozens of hoses, and they were all garbage, especially with the very high-pressure outlet at the front of my house. This hose is absolutely perfect. Whereas other hoses, thick enough to withstand the water pressure at my house, were so thick and heavy that they could not be coiled up, this one winds effortlessly in the hose box, and it even unwinds without dragging the box all over the patio. This light, flexible and bullet proof hose is a must-have.

It's too soon to rate its durability, but it seems to be a quality item. The maneuverability isn't too bad but it is a bit on the heavy side. The hose connectors are hefty making it easier to connect to the water spigot or sillcock. It's not an expandable hose so it doesn't shrink when you turn off the water. That's probably the reason it's a little on the heavy side. Also, the outlet pressure seems to be better than one of those stretchy hoses. Oh, and the free nozzle that come with it is really cute! 😆

Most of the time the stuff we see advertised on TV as the “greatest” just aren’t, ya know? Not so with this hose. I’ll admit, right out of the box, I thought “hoo boy this thing is going back”. It was flimsy- looking and seemed too small to be useful. So as my husband gave me the side-eye we hooked it up and were simply amazed. Not only does this hose withstand the extremes of our water pressure (house is end of line for city, and water travels a quarter mile uphill to get to the house so piping is modified to create extreme pressures outside and very good at faucets inside), it’s also withstood being repeatedly stepped on and run over by a side-by-side. It never kinks, and so far it’s never leaked-either at the connections nor anywhere on the hose itself. I highly recommend this hose.

I recently received my Hydrosteel Pro hose and my first impressions are that it’s a great garden hose. I have a fairly large garden and lugging around a classic heavy and bulky hose was a chore! This hydrosteel hose is so much more usable. I’ve bought similar hoses in my he past (other brands) and they didn’t last long, so I’m really hoping this one is a winner and it lasts.

Pure junk. Avoid at all costs. I purchased in 2023 when they were $99. Two of them. Both of them failed. My wife pulled the hose around the house. When the hose touched the corner of the foundation, as she pulled, the hose flattened. Water could barely go through it. Being the inside is metal, trying to crush it back to round from the flat look it had, it refused. I contacted them and they sent a form to fill out and asked for pictures. Filled out form, sent it back with pictures, and never heard from them again. Hose is junk, Customer service is non existent. Life time warranty is not true. See picture. I have in my hand normal hose, and hanging down is where my wife pulled it around the corner of the house. It is now flattened. Just a trickle of water can go through. Avoid this hose and this vendor. Poor quality hose, no customer service.
