I absolutely love these pots. I bought them in several sizes. I love the even heat distribution. And I especially love the no stick aspect. These pots are terrific. They might be a little pricey, but I feel they are well worth it. I do hand wash them because it is so easy. Nothing sticks to them at all. It recommends not using the dishwasher so I do not. They are very easy care. I absolutely enjoy my cooking again.

I love the pan. I have the named brand as well and find the quality identical. 5 star quality is every way, but at a lower cost. This is an awesome value for the money. The raised stainless steel makes using metal very safe, as it should not wear nor scratch the ceramic. The raised edges also help it to sear better. It is well built, sturdy, able to take mild abuse, and should not warp easily. This pan should last far longer than any other traditional non-stick pan. It is also a lower heat pan. It takes pre-heating the pan, but it claims to do just as good a job at lower heats than other pans need. So far, this seems to be correct. Here is my warning section for some of you: The only issue some people may have problems with is that it is not oil-free cooking. In fact, it has to be washed and season up front. The raised stainless steel is a true blessing for making a non-stick pan last a long time, but it also means that this pan is for low oil cooling rather than oil free. It is also more of a pan with awesome release ability rather than the slide around non-stick that you see with true full non-stick coatings.

Great pan. The nonstick is working perfectly and it’s super easy to clean. Both the surface and pan/pot in general feel very high quality. The cover has quite big gaps on both sides where the pan is designed for pouring things out, so there is a lot of space where hot air can escape. That’s the only problem I’m aware of - not ideal for cooking rice.

This is an excellent line of induction pots and pans that rival the more expensive hexclad. I like Bakoniion better because the bolts that hold the handle on are not inside the pot. Much better price point.

Wife said we needed a sauce pot that was bigger than our 3qt so that she did not have to pull out the 6 or 8qt stockpot just to cook pasta. I was already in the planning phase of replacing my cookware to induction capable cookware. I had been looking at a few hybrid SS cookware sets but none filled this niche. This pot fits the role perfectly. I really enjoy the lip edges on both sides to make pouring easier and its hybrid non-stick properties are so effective that seasoning the pan actually required me to soak a paper towel with oil to coat the pot as the oil behaved like rain on a windshield just coated with rain-x. I found the weight and quality of the pan to be extremely well crafted. If you are looking for that sauce pot to fill that intermediate niche between sauce pot and stockpot, this is your goto. I was also pleasantly surprised to discover they included a pot saver in the packaging (this is a keeper not just shipping wrap) to help keep your pots from rubbing against the non-stick surfaces or scratching up your stainless.

I purchased several individual Hex Clad pans and have been very happy with them. While looking for a stock pot I came across this one and decided to try since it has the long handle (which I prefer) along with the helper handle and the reviews were mostly positive. HC didn't offer a 4 qt and often that's the perfect size for a few mashed potatoes or other things when a 3qt is too small but 5 qt is just too big. I've had it for about 8 months now and have been very happy with it. Heats very quickly and evenly, similar to the HC. Surface is holding up very nicely as well as the non-stick qualities. Instead of rivets to clean around on the inside, it has studs welded on the outside with acorn style nuts to hold the handles on, which makes it more convenient to clean. Handles have remained solid and no issues with loosening. The only issue, as others have mentioned, is the lid. It should have been a little larger as there is quite a bit of slop, but it really doesn't affect cooking. The pot has pour spouts and a thermometer hole in it anyway, so you weren't going to get a tight seal anyway. Put the lid on and it boils water/simmers sauces with much lower heat than other pots. I'm used to better fitting lids so it was an adjustment, lol, but not a big deal in the grand scheme. I would definitely buy it again.
