The media could not be loaded. Our previous hose nozzle didn’t survive the winter even though it was packed away safe and warm. With a sudden change in the spring weather (from 55º up to 92º over the course of a day and half) we wanted to get a head start on feeding the lawn and plants. I saw this gadget on Amazon and decided to give it a try. Upon opening the package I was pleased to see so many accessories and the wand and nozzle felt strong and durable. It attached to my standard ¾-inch garden hose in a matter of seconds. There is an attached adaptor in case your hose is ½-inch. The wand works easily though I have to say that the on/off switch feels very wonky (for lack of a better word). The switch works just fine but it feels as though it is very loose and it moves a little bit too easily. I am not worried so much that it will break but I am concerned that it could accidentally be turned from off to on with an unintentional movement. Nothing unexpected has happened thus far and I hope that nothing ever will. The accessories all attach very easily and fit snug enough that leaking shouldn’t be a problem. The connector comes with a rubber washer pre-installed and there’s an extra one in the package. You get two extension pieces which allow you to expand your wand’s reach up to 39 inches. One of the extensions is a bendable section which has proven helpful when washing the roof of our SUV – just bend that section down and you can easily spray downwards without having to stand on a step stool. You receive three brass nozzles. One is a well-built standard adjustable nozzle, which I use for garden and lawn watering; there’s a “bonus” fan nozzle which is great for washing down sidewalks, driveways and patios; and there is also a “jet” spray nozzle which is sort of a mini-power washer – it doesn’t have the power of an actual power washer but it does concentrate the stream into a fairly powerful flow, giving you a very good washing action for your automobile or home siding. I do have to stress, however, this is not a power washer and the company is very upfront to acknowledge that. The fan nozzle, by the way, attaches to the hose-end of the wand for safe storage while not in use. Also included is a rubbery sponge glove which is especially handy for washing your car, truck or SUV. I like the feel of the wand in my hand and the ability to just turn it on rather than to constantly having to squeeze a standard nozzle-sprayer saves a bit of cramping in my hand. Overall, this is an effective watering wand but I am concerned about its durability of the on/off switch. It does what it has to do and, if I find that it is, in fact, more durable than I expect, I will come back to bump this review up to a full five-stars.

I had high hopes for this power washer wand. I have a power washer, but I'd rather use the hose when possible, and this seemed an ideal way to get the pressure I wanted without having to pull out the pressure washer. Now, going in, I didn't expect it to have the same power as a pressure washer, but I did expect more power than I'd get when using, for instance, a sprayer nozzle on the hose. I was, sadly, disappointed. While it was easy to attach, I just didn't get the force I wanted from the wand. Now, putting that major disappointment aside, I loved the flexible aspect of the wand. It's decently long, and very flexible. I tested it washing my car and it was very useful to reach inside the wheelwells and to reach under the car -- places where it's normally a bit more difficult to reach with the hose. Again, it was easy to attach to my hose, and did have a couple of sprayer options, which was nice, but underwhelming. The car cleaning mitt it came with was soft, but very thin, and I'm not sure how long it's going to last with use. My final thoughts are that this is a useful wand for reaching hard-to-reach places, and it's easy to attach, but don't buy it looking for the pressure you find in a power washer, it just wasn't there.

There wasn't anything high pressure about this but it is still useful. I like that it comes with different nozzles and the watering wand is long. It says it's a power washer but it does the same job as a regular hose wand. I got it because one of its uses is "scouring ground" and I was hoping I could use it to clear the walkway a bit (and the green mold growing on our screen enclosure) but it didn't do much. The look of the wand and the wording they use will make you think this is something special and worth the high price but you can get the same effect with a cheaper nozzle.

This is an OK product that is unfortunately using words like Power Wash and Hydro Jack to describe what is really just another type of nozzle for your hose. It does not put out the kind of high pressure you get from even a simple electric power washer. It arrived without any instructions and is easy enough to figure out, but I think instructions would have been nice. There is a tab on the handle to hold one of the nozzle heads, they provide 3.The nozzle head with just the small, non-adjustable hole did shoot a very long narrow stream of water, but to change the pattern you are going to have to stop, unscrew the small metal head and screw on a different one. This is easier to use than dragging out a power washer, and hooking up both electricity and hose, but the water pressure you have at your outdoor spigots is going to determine how well this works.

I use this wand to get up the dirt around the decks and on the sidewalk and driveway. Also use for gardening! I have a regular hose and faucet when I attached this wand it was not like a power washer but better than a hose sprayer. I will use it all the time it comes in very handy and it wouldn’t be without it!!

The Water Jet is well made and good quality. It is easy to assemble and use. However, I would not call it a high power washer. My ordinary garden hose nozzle sprays just as hard and just as far. The 2 differences I see are that my ordinary hose nozzle is easier to hold. The 2nd difference is that the flexible end could be useful, especially is you need to wash out your gutters.

This is a pretty modular system so you can end up with a washing solution that is best for your needs. However, the nozzle selection isnt the best for watering plants, which is what I wanted to use it for. Most of the nozzles are high pressure--great for washing cars but not plants. The silicone handle isn't tight enough and the wand can rotate in your hand when moving around. The ball valve and large handle make this a bit cumbersome if you need to limit pressure or frequently turn on or off.
