This chair was fairly easy to assemble. The pieces and chair as a whole are good quality. The bottom cushion is very comfortable and has some curves in it rather than being overly flat. I like that the arm rest height can be adjusted. This is very easy to do by simply pushing a button and pulling the arm rests up to the desired height. There is an added lumbar support cushion that can also be easily adjusted up and down. My only complaint has to do with the headrest. It's a nice feature, is good quality, and can be tilted back and forth, but unfortunately the height on it cannot be adjusted. This makes it useless and cumbersome actually if you are taller than say 5 feet. It can easily be unscrewed and taken off the chair however which is a nice option. My 10 year old son is 4'10" and using this chair as his computer chair, so the headrest fits him fine. At the lowest height however, his feet still hover above the floor. At its highest, the chair is still not very high either, so my 6'1" husband's legs are a bit uncomfortable sitting in it. I am 5'5" and, except for the headrest, find this chair to be comfortable overall. There is also some flexibility in the chair allowing for some rocking motion back and forth. A knob on the bottom, as well as adjustments using the lever, allow me to customize the rocking and swivel features. All in all it's a sleek looking, comfortable office chair that can be adjusted in multiple ways.

If you are a taller or bigger guy, or have any muscle on you, this chair is actively uncomfortable. The headrest does not align properly at all. You won't align with the lumbar support at all. The armrests have so little padding, if you have any kind of arm muscles, they will cut your circulation off, without buying third party armchair cushions to make them bearable. There is close to no cushion on the seat. It's a thin layer of memory foam with a board under it, essentially. Puts constant pressure on my hip bones, even when trying to alleviate that with a footrest. The cheap, no frills, non-ergonomic office chair I had before this, had none of these issues. I'm pretty sure what "ergonomic" actually means, is cutting cost by making an uncomfortable chair out of cheap materials, then selling it as a "healthier" option. Again, if you are a smaller person, this might work exactly as intended. I'm 5'11 with a somewhat muscular dad bod build, and even that is too big for this chair. I've also had this issue with all Huanuo furniture products.

Pretty decent chair for the price. Easy to put together for the most part. A few holes on one of the arm sides were tricky to line up but got it together and it's nice.
