I will never buy this again. I purchased ones I believed were similar when I first got my ferrets and decided to do a blue and pink theme for them. The quality is horrible! The clips don’t even fit on the box and they’re so cheaply made. The clips from day one don’t stay screwed on and I had to file down the area where the clips go to even get them to fit on the litter box! Waste of money. Although rabbits tend to want to dump over their litter box, the side anchors, which fasten to the cage, keeps the litter box in place, usually until it's about time to clean their box. I'm not sure why rabbits like to tump over things, but it's pretty universal, from bowls of berries to toys to litter boxes. The only problem I've found with the litter box, is my rabbits won't tolerate the grill on top. I eventually just removed it due to them continually tossing it aside. Great litter box. I do think the holes in the grate part are too large for a baby guinea like we currently have, but feel when it grows it will be fine. Right now we keep the grate off and use paper bedding. We followed guidance we read online about how to get them to use the litter box (making it feel like a safe place, dark, keep their hay there). And it has worked great. A few stray droppings, but most is in the litter box. Also it's only day one. There's been a remarkable difference in where the guinea does its business. The box is just to small for a bunny and the sifter is worthless. The holes are so big that you can’t get any of the poop out of the litter. I even tried it with our guinea pigs, their poos are much bigger, still same problem. The harness it come with is huge. The bunny that would fit in that would never be able to fit in that small litter box. The extras were a nice idea but.... ... show more

    • Locking nuts don’t tighten!

The plastic locks that are supposed to help the litter pan mount to the side of the cage does not tighten up and will not lock on. This was the purpose of my purchase and they don’t work! The free accessories were better than the paid for product!
