My experience with this HP-affiliated company was extremely disappointing. I requested a refund for a $105 product that did not meet expectations, and the process took more than six weeks—only to be declined in the end. When I contacted customer service, I was told the label maker wasn’t working due to “web and security issues” on my end and that I needed to pay an additional $599 to resolve these issues before the product would function properly. This was incorrect—the device did work, and the upsell was completely inappropriate. I made it clear I would not be paying anything further. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The refund process was unreasonably long, the support was misleading, and ultimately I was denied a refund altogether. Proceed with caution. ... show more

When you have a small business that ships lots, this is a must to have. Works great, I use it with Pirateship, USPS, Etsy. I use it for Ebay as well, but I have to play with the pdf that Ebay sends.

    • Print quality isn't the greatest.
I still haven't gotten a great quality print from it for 4x6 labels, meanwhile the test page that you can print comes out fantastic so not sure why my labels don't print well. Out of the box labels were absolute trash but after adjusting the setting I was able to get OK print quality. Still, this beats printing out labels on paper and cutting and taping to boxes. - Nice looking printer - Print could be darker - Excellent tech support This label printer was packaged professionally and came with detailed, easy to follow instructions. The software was very simple to setup and configure for printing. However, when I printed a test label, it did not print properly. The print was split in half on one label and half on the next. I uninstalled the program, reinstalled it, and then tried again. Unfortunately, I had the same outcome. Then I tried it on my wife's MacBook, and it had the same problem. The label was not correctly aligned and no matter what I tried I just couldn't get it to align properly. Finally, I called the phone number listed in the setup instructions. With the instructions, there is a card with a phone number to call if you have any difficulties. I really should have called that number sooner. I was got to speak with a live person immediately without being put on hold. Once I explained the situation, he immediately recognized that the printer was misaligned. He suspected that it had been damaged during transit, but he wasn't positive. He was positive that the printer has no user serviceable parts and it would never work. I would have to exchange it. I chose not to obtain a replacement, however the customer care representative that answered the call was excellent! Things go wrong sometimes with all companies, but the mark of a good company is how well they handle it when a problem arises. In this case, I was impressed with how well this was handled. The only thing keeping me from giving this 5 stars is that the label does not print very darkly. The print is more gray than black. It's not because of the label paper since I use the same label paper with a different thermal printer and it prints darker. The fact that I received a defective printer has had no effect on my review. Yet, due to this defect, I cannot comment on how well this label printer might function in the long run. This rating is solely based on the printer's ease of installation, appearance and feel, print readability, and customer service. ... show more
