Great if all you want to do is print. It does not scan, copy or FAX. For all it does not do, the price is too high. Forgot to return ink cartridges with the printer. By the time I received the replacement printer, the window for return of the unopened cartridges had closed. Will purchase the new ones for the new printer locally.

After opening the box found printer wrapped in plastic and covered in black ink. I read this in another review but was willing to take a chance. I would not recommend this item to anyone. I purchased a printer same model number 3 years ago, and the print head tore up but I had two Complete sets of ink unopened. so I thought I would try another one since I had all the ink. I will be just trashing the ink and buying another printer with better reviews

The printer works fine for me. I just use it to print docs for school. I needed something no-frills (didn't need a more expensive all-in-one), and this fits the bill. Please note: HP does not seem to support this model anymore, and hooking it up was a bit of a pain (it wouldn't detect the printer or connect at first). Also: despite what the product name and description say: this printer is NOT eligible for HP Instant Ink. One of the reasons I bought this printer is that I thought it was eligible for that program. I contacted the seller, who said it was because the printer is "renewed." However, the HP website (which I wish I checked first) says that this model is not eligible for HP Instant Ink at all (the condition has nothing to do with it). The description of this product needs to be updated. The ink cost is now much higher than I thought it would be. I would have purchased a different printer if I knew that.

This came without any paperwork. It's an "All-In-One printer but it didn't have the WPS number so I could connect it with my computer so it won't work. I sent a note on the computer but there's been no response. My fault for buying used equipment even though I bought the warranty that also had no information on the printer. It's a piece of junk that I've wasted $90 on and will now do what I should have done in the first place. - bought something locally.

I read the reviews before purchasing and noticed a mix of experiences. My experience is great so far. Printer arrived with full OEM XL ink cartridges, a $30 value. So printer was only $90 ($120-$30=$90) and worked perfectly after a few maintenance actions to clean and align print heads. If you purchase, be sure to perform maintenance actions.
