You can print it through email, Bluetooth, wifi connection, or wired. And it has a good quality color print. I am not done with the cartridges, so I do not know how long it's gonna print. Still printing after 200 pages.

Pretty good printer and easy to set up. It can be finicky at times but has never given me serious complications over the past year. Just added a second one to the office. Ink is expensive if you stay name brand.

Very pleased with this unit. Affordable. Clean. Functions as if it were New. It even came with toner installed (non-HP cartridges, with the settings already corrected to accept non-HP Branded cartridges). Wi-Fi works great, Networking capabilities work great. Scanning works great πŸ‘πŸ» (Does not Duplex Scan, you must flip the pages over and scan the back sides, but this is a very easy one-extra-step process and the printer will organize the papers in your scan document in the correct order, provided you have the setting correct within the computer). Do yourself a favor and upgrade to a laser printer. No more messing around with Ink-Jet printers that only clog up after periods of time with no use, having to clean print heads and other internal parts, and always right when you need to print. ... show more

    • I have rid myself of those expensive ink cartridges.
I have not used it much, but It will pay for itself by using ink more efficiently than inkjet printers, and I received a fantastic price for it.

    • Very loud, slow and the document feeder broke after a few days
This printer was way too loud and a bit slow, but the print quality was ok. But then the scanner stopped working, it began to scan documents with vertical lines if scanned through the paper feeder (the flat bed worked fine.) I tried cleaning the feeder but after about an hour spent on it with no results I just gave up. All of this after less than a week of use! It’s going back. ... show more

Purchased this refurbished laser printer and reached out to the seller due to the low toner levels upon receipt of the printer. After several communications, this seller offered a refund, a completely new printer that was refurbished, and other options provided to me that were completely acceptable. They did what they said they were going to do. The machine is a good machine and I have no problems with it, it's just that it came in with very low toner levels. This seller made it right.
