I FINALLY stepped up and bought my first laser printer. I did a lot of research and decided on this because it was compact and had a scanner/copier. Im very impressed with the print quality. Im used to inkjet so I wasnt expecting much, but I have to say that the colored graphics print very well. Not sure how the cost of toner will be or how long they will last, but I probably will purchase generic ink anyway. ... show more

Once out of the box, I had this up and printing in 5 minutes. Setup was extremely easy, including the wireless printing. Prints are beautiful. I have been using HP products since 1986 and have always been pleased with their performance. I definitely recommend this refurbed printer.

Its loud, creaks and squeaks, pretty sure this is a toner cartridge issue but still to be determined. Connected to the wifi with little effort, scan process is easy enough. Copy function is good.     • Tried Refurbished but it didn't work for me
Product arrived and worked for my first print job. Then went south. My wife could not print. Printer said offline. I was able to print. We printed at different times. Then we tried to print 2 weeks later. It was showing offline for me. Didn't wake up. So I had to reboot it. It went back online after reboot. Then provided Error 49 (Second error printing a PDF file). I just have been getting error messages and offline a lot. Never happed with the HP printer I am replacing. Frustrated and needed to return. Probably why it was returned in the first place. ... show more

    • The setup is very difficult.
This is a network printer and the setup for the network only printer seems simple enough. The setup assumes that the network is much faster than it is. All the directions had to say if the network is at this level than remove this command.

We absolutely love our new printer. It is done everything that we have asked and more. This was a reconditioned unit but is in great shape. Great purchase would do again
