I got this scooter for my dad, and it’s been a great choice. The seat is really comfy and turns, which makes it super easy for him to get on and off. There’s plenty of legroom, so he never feels cramped, and it fits him perfectly (he’s about 5’9”). It’s really easy to use, and he picked it up right away. The ride is smooth and steady, even on bumpy sidewalks, and the best part is that it automatically slows down on hills, so he never feels like it’s getting out of control. That little safety feature gives me a lot of peace of mind. Charging is super convenient too since the battery comes off—he doesn’t have to bring the whole scooter inside, just the battery. The reverse function is also a big plus, making it easier for him to move around in tight spaces. Another thing I love is that it comes apart for easy transport. We’ve taken it on a few trips by just putting it in the trunk, and setting it up again is quick and simple.

Since I got this T5 scooter, my daily travel has become easier. The installation is simple and does not require any additional tools. It can be used immediately after assembly. The swivel design of the seat makes it easier for me to get on and off the vehicle. The legroom is spacious enough and I will not feel tired even if I ride for a long time. What satisfies me most is its stability on various road surfaces. Whether it is the smooth floor of the supermarket or the slightly bumpy road in the community, it can drive smoothly. The battery life is very good. A full charge can easily meet the travel needs of a whole day. This scooter not only saves effort, but also improves my quality of life. This is a very nice scooter at a great price. I used a rented one on my last vacation and chose this because of my experience. HOWEVER, as a previous reviewer noted, it comes with no instructions or pictures, bolts of varying types with no hint of where they go and a pre-stripped socket, etc.I’d give a five if the assembly wasn’t such a pain. A note - I frequently have to solve assembly puzzles without instructions and am pretty good at it. This one was a problem. Update: Either the battery or the charger didn't work. I wouldn't charge over about 25%. They insisted on replacing the entire cart, not just the battery. The replacement had the same problem. I returned it for a refund.
