To fill, simply push the dispenser inwards for cold or room temperature water. The cooling function requires turning on the green power button on the back. Faucet failure Reason: The switch is stuck, the spring fails, or the internal rubber is aging and leaking. Solution: Try to open and close the faucet several times. If it is still not smooth, you need to disassemble it for cleaning or replace parts. Unbalanced internal air pressure Reason: No air is exhausted when changing the bottle, resulting in insufficient air pressure in the water bottle. Solution: Unplug the water bottle, let it sit for a few seconds before reinstalling it, and tap the water bottle to release the bubbles. Power supply or water pump failure (applicable to models with electric water pump) Reason: The power is not connected, the water pump is damaged, or the line contact is poor. Solution: o Check the plug and power switch. o If there is a water pump sound but no water flows out, the water pump may be damaged and needs to be replaced.
