Very convenient tales up little space. Looks nice in kitchen or family room. Save having to buy individual water bottles. Living in Arizona I wish the water would stay really cold but it’s always cool so I can always add ice. Hot water is very hot.

I have had this thing for a couple of months and it’s now leaking all over my counter. It also dispenses hot water out of the cold water tab. I have not done anything to the unit to cause this. Don’t buy.

Pros: Keeps water cool, heats up water, compact size, cost, have had no leaking Cons: pours water out slower compared to regular sized dispensers Since we cannot rate half stars, I gave it a 5; however, 4.5 would be more accurate.
