I just purchased this water cooler. It was plugged in and powered on for over 6 hours and the water never got any colder than room temperature. Every time I get a glass of water, the yellow light for cold comes on and it seems the machine gets loud and starts to heat up and the water becomes very warm like it’s trying to get hot. Some of the illustrations are not actually on the machine. A waste of money. I will be returning it. I gave it 1 star because you can’t choose zero stars.

This has been the perfect addition to my room. I am able to get fresh water every day. The heating element works but I do not use it that often. I have not noticed any mold or parts breaking off. The item itself feels a little flimsy but as long as you don't move it to much it will probably be fine. The taste of the water has not changed at all. The value for money on this product is amazing. Very convenient tales up little space. Looks nice in kitchen or family room. Save having to buy individual water bottles. Living in Arizona I wish the water would stay really cold but it’s always cool so I can always add ice. Hot water is very hot.

I knew as soon as I picked up the box on my porch this was not for me. Only weighed about a pound and half. After opening I found the flimsy all plastic dispenser. Immediately sealed it back up and returned it. It’s junk and I don’t need to have the problems I’m sure would come trying to use this.
