This thing is SUCH a pain in the butt to clean. You cannot get it fully wet. The nonstick surface makes it difficult to clean it effectively without scratching it, and there is a crevice around the rim where no matter how careful I am with cleaning this thing, water gets into it. The lid is also weird, it has like... Clips, holding the glass in place. It heats up OKAY but it only has two heat settings, and neither of them is very fast. Its quality is also just nothing special, the nonstick surface makes water boil weird in it and it has anti-dry boiling safety in it so you can't really use it to fry things, either; It cuts itself off if the surface gets hotter than boiling temperature. It's also really big and inconvenient. Easy to use, sure, but not at all versatile, and it looks like an oversized hair dryer. I would not recommend this product to anyone no matter how small their living space is; Just buy a cheap $10 portable burner from Walmart or something and use normal pans on it.

My wife and I work different hours so there is a lot of dinners eaten alone. This pot works great.. I hate food that is microwaved so this works perfect for my meals and clean up is simple. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 starts is temperature control. It only has two settings.

The media could not be loaded. We needed a reliable electric pot for quick meals, especially since I was preparing for surgery and wanted something safe for my 12-year-old to use independently. This fits the bill perfectly. I tried to boil 1 cup of water and set a timer to see how long it takes. The water was cooking in less than 1 minute. When I lifted the lid, it got stuck a bit so that I couldn't turn off the timer. The food-grade non-stick is easy to clean. The anti-scald, non-slip handles add an extra layer of safety, which I appreciate. My son is at the right age to cook independently, but I want to ensure his safety. This pot offers plenty of space for steaming and cooking, making it versatile for various dishes. It's small enough, making it easy to store.

I would NOT recommend. Did not send me the correct one as pictured with the straining holes on the lid. This is supposed to be 1.8l which translates to 7.6 cups this one only holds about 3 cups. This is very flimsy and not made very well. Takes a long time to come to a boil. You have to disassemble the lid handle just to clean because the liquid gets stuck between the glass and the handle of the lid. When arrived it had something stuck inside the bottom because i can hear it raddling as you move it around. Definitely sending this back, you get what you pay for….very cheap in price and quality shows it.
