I’ve had this water dispenser for a little over a week now, and so far I honestly don’t have any complaints. The first thing I noticed is that it looks much nicer in person than I expected. I especially like the small light around the dispensing area. It may seem like a minor detail, but at night it gives the unit a really nice, almost elegant look and also makes it easier to see where you’re filling your cup. As far as performance goes, I haven’t noticed any leaks or issues with the water temperature. The cold water gets properly cold, and the hot water has been working consistently as well. Everything has worked the way it should since I set it up. I also wanted to mention the noise because I saw some reviews complaining about it. Mine has not been an issue at all. Of course you can hear it when the compressor kicks on, but it’s very mild. I could honestly sleep with this right next to my bed and the sound wouldn’t bother me. The unit also has a clean, modern appearance and doesn’t look cheap or out of place in a kitchen or office. After using it every day for a little over a week, there are no strange noises, dripping, temperature problems, or anything else that would make me regret the purchase. Obviously, one week isn’t enough to judge long-term durability, so I’ll update my review if anything changes. But based on my experience so far, I’m very happy with it and would recommend it.

A great water dispenser! We have a filtered water spout on our fridge but im sure everyone agrees there's nothing like fresh spring water and nothing can really compare to it in my opinion. The unit itself is nice and narrow so it easily fit in the smaller space I was hoping to put it in. Assembly was pretty much non existent...you simply plug the unit in and its ready to go! One thing to definitely remember though is to run the water through the unit to fill up the tank Prior to plugging it in. The best feature about it in my opinion is the hot setting!! We've only had a kettle to heat up water for our tea. This makes our nightly tea routine so much simpler! The water just we got was at our local grocery store for a little over 6 bucks. We can get one next time that is one gallon larger, it just wasn't available when I went. So far the 4 gallon jug we got has lasted about a week and we still have plenty left! A nice sleek design, chrome and black likely to match anyone's kitchen appliances! A really good price for the quality and size. This thing is going to save us so much money in the long run not having to purchase water bottles! Highly recommend. My dad liked it so much I think im getting him one for Christmas this year! Worth it!!!

We go through a lot of water in this house, three adults and a teenager who drinks nothing but ice water, so the old pitcher-in-the-fridge routine wasn't cutting it anymore. This dispenser has been running since early spring and I still like it as much as the first week. The hot water genuinely is hot. Tea steeps properly, instant oatmeal actually cooks, and I stopped filling the electric kettle entirely. Cold side keeps up better than I expected too, even when my daughter fills a 32 ounce bottle twice in a row it doesn't take long to catch back up. The gap under the spouts is tall enough for her bottle, which was the one thing I measured before ordering. Swapping a five gallon jug is a two-person lift for me, but that's on the jug, not the machine. The child lock on the hot spout takes a second to get used to and my mother-in-law needed it explained twice, which honestly tells me it's doing its job. The compressor kicks on with a low hum you can hear at night if the kitchen is dead quiet, though it's quieter than our fridge. Drip tray pops out easily for rinsing, which I do about once a week. Looks sharp in the corner too, black and stainless, nothing about it screams office break room.

Watice is an amazing brand, and I love their products! We needed a water cooler for my husband's man cave since he does a lot of entertaining. Our guests, family, and friends get quite thirsty during game days, major sporting events, or just casual hangout sessions. With a full house, the self-cleaning feature is a huge plus! It's a top-loading unit that dispenses both hot and cold water while taking up minimal space. It’s also quiet and portable, making it super easy to move from indoors to outdoors, or even between home and the office. I love our Watice cooler and highly recommend it!

I was already using a WATICE water cooler in my home when I had the opportunity to evaluate this one. So before I even opened the box, I already knew one thing: this is a respectable brand. My existing model is a little more upscale with the bottom-loading design, but I've been very happy with it. It cools water quickly, operates quietly, and has been completely reliable. That gave me confidence in this smaller model. This dispenser is a great choice for apartments, home gyms, offices, or anywhere space is at a premium. Despite its smaller footprint, it appears to offer cooling performance comparable to WATICE's larger models. I don't personally use the hot water function very often, so I can't really comment on that feature. However, based on my experience with the brand, I have no reason to believe it wouldn't perform as advertised. At $104.99 at the time of this review, I think this is a strong value. If you're looking for a compact top-loading water cooler from a brand that's earned my confidence, I think this one deserves serious consideration. Final Score: 5 Stars

Constantly filling a kettle, reaching into the refrigerator, and carrying water bottles around the house became unnecessary once this dispenser was set up. Having hot, room temperature, and cold water available from one place simplified the entire routine. The cold setting worked well for everyday drinking, while the hot option was useful for tea and instant oatmeal. The room temperature spout also became more useful than expected for filling pet bowls and cooking containers. The child safety lock added peace of mind around the hot water control. The top loading design made it easy to see when the bottle was getting low instead of discovering it unexpectedly. Lifting a full water bottle onto the top requires strength and careful positioning. The dispenser also needs enough open space above it for bottle replacement. For kitchens, offices, or shared spaces, the three temperature options make this much more versatile than a basic water cooler.

This Dispenser is a definitely worth the price. It's actually super light weight, so it's not hard to move around. The instructions are straight forward as you might assume, and it gives basic cleaning instructions that are easy to follow. Water temperature: I love that this unit dispenser not only Hot & Cold, but also Room temperature water as well. The water temperature for both Cold and Hot is fine for my liking, but it's not as cold as you'd get by storing a water bottle in your Fridge. On the hot side, it's for sure not 212 degrees, but it's hot enough for me. Water flow: The water flow is fine, it's not super-fast, especially for the hot side, but it's plenty good for the cold side. Only downside is that it’s top loaded, so you do have to lift and turn a 5 Gallon bottle, but it goes on real easy. Overall, great unit, I'd highly recommend it,

I’m really happy with this water dispenser, especially compared to our old one that was definitely starting to show its age. I use the 5-gallon jug in our office, and switching out an empty bottle for a full one is really easy and doesn’t require any wrestling match with the water jug. Setup was quick and straightforward, and it didn’t take long before it was ready to use. It has three temperature options: hot, room temperature, and cold. Since it’s summer right now, I can officially say I have been putting the cold water dispenser to the test, and yes, it delivers actually cold, refreshing water! I also really like the child safety lock on the hot water dispenser. It’s a nice feature to have so nobody accidentally ends up with a burned hand. The dispenser itself is compact, so it fits nicely without taking up a ton of space. And I have to admit, I love the black color. Our old dispenser was white, and the black one gives the office a much more modern look. Overall, this has been a great upgrade for us. It works well, looks better, and is a really nice value for the price. Definitely pleased with this find!
