Why are there water drops inside the water dispenser? Is it used? No! Every water dispenser undergoes a strict real-water pumping test before shipping to ensure 100% functionality. Slight water residue is normal and proves it was quality-tested. It is absolutely brand new. The water dispenser won't turn on (blue light flashes), or it stops after a few seconds. What should I do? It means low battery. Charge it with a standard 5V-1A/2A adapter. DO NOT use 9V fast chargers (like phone quick chargers), as they will prevent the device from charging properly or damage the battery. How long does it take to fully charge? Can I leave it plugged in all day? A full charge takes about 3-4 hours. The red light stays on during charging and will turn off completely once fully charged. For optimal battery lifespan and home safety, please avoid leaving it plugged in unattended all day. The water dispenser feels loose on my water bottle. How can I make it fit securely? It fits standard spill-proof caps. If your jug lacks one, search "Silicone Water Jug Cap" on Amazon for an adapter. Alternatively, wrap the jug's mouth with cling film, poke a hole, and place the water dispenser on top. How do I clean it? Can I use hot water? Before use, pump lukewarm water for 5-10s to rinse the internal waterway. Wash the detached silicone hose under a tap. NEVER use boiling/hot water, and NEVER immerse the main pump body in water.

Versatile Use Cases: Buying two allows you to run a dual setup off a single water source—one as a dedicated drinking tap and the other as a camp wash faucet. Cons & Quirks: Loose Fit on Standard Jugs: It sits quite loosely on a standard 5-gallon Arrowhead bottle and could easily tip over without extra support. (A custom 3D-printed adapter or snug collar solves this easily). Kinked Hose from Shipping: The included silicone hose comes folded tightly in the package. While long enough for a 5-gallon jug, the kinks can restrict flow if used in smaller containers. A quick soak in hot water helps straighten it out, or you can replace it with a longer silicone tube from the hardware store to use the pump standard-hose style. It has 15 seconds 30 seconds and continuous with a shut-off time of 1 minute automatically which is great 15 seconds is usually for one cup of water 30 seconds is like for a dog bowl and continuous is exactly one gallon as I have measured it they work great I highly recommend them
