A great bike for the price, a couple of minor details in the instructions were ommitted. Took me about 2.5 hours to assemble and I'm pretty mechanical oriented. The seat is a little too firm but not so much that it negatively impacts the use. the screen takes some getting used to operate but is very functional. This bike must be unplugged until you need to use it as the control board has problems flashes with no response to pressing buttons to program your ride cycle. Manufacture needs to get bugs out to clear the controls from not responded as error appears to clear it unplug it. Unplugging and plugging back in after each use is the only way to use the control cycle programs without frozen display. Better instructions would help how to use programs like wanting to ride for 60 minutes it defaults to 30 to change press several times the up arrow to get to 60 minutes is one example. There is no documentation on control panel usages. Other than those few issues the bike does what I need a good workout! ... show more

Bike is great for the price. It took my husband and I about 1 hour to assemble. Wires can be a little tricky if you don’t read the directions carefully as we didn’t realize the fan wire was stuck in the frame and missed it during assembly so had to go back and fish it out and connect it. It’s very quiet, resistance is strong, and the fan and screen work well. Only things I do not like is you have to unplug after each use as theirs no on/off switch and the seat is a little uncomfortable. Love this bike. I've had it for two months now and works great! It has a smooth ride and a lot of resistance levels. You need two people to put it together and remember that the wires that you hook up to the console are inside the base of the bike not the neck. I looked forever for them in the wrong place lol. The seat is good some say it's hard but I don't have a problem with it and I ride for 20 to 30 minutes. If you have a problem you can easily put a pad on the seat for extra cushion. I love that you don't have to pay big bucks for a subscription every month . You can use Bluetooth if you have a tablet to use and you don't have to worry about a screen breaking and making the bike useless like a lot of other bikes on the market that have built in screens. ... show more

Easy to assemble but need two people for holding some parts. Very comfortable seat. Better than cybex at the PT and hard plastic one at Planet Fitness. I saw one review that said they had to inplug to turn off. If you hit stop the electronics shut down after the 5 minutes or so.

This bike was weak and disappointing even at level 100 resistance, and I'm not in shape. Had horizon troubleshoot and a tech even came out and said it was perfectly fine. I believe this bike is meant more for geriatric people who need physical therapy not strenuous exercise. I had an old Horizon that had much more resistance.
