Everything needed came in the box. I did find one ding and scrape on the bottom of one rail. Install was fine. I used Jack stands to hold in place. The very front bolt is impossible to tighten with a standard allen wrench and I had to Jack the center up to align one of the holes. Seller offered a discount refund for the damage. I read all the reviews before purchasing this product and of course as usual you need to kind of read reviews with a grain of salt. I read some reviews that mentioned the hardware included with the product was suspect but since I like the way the product looked I decided to purchase. The box was damaged when I received the product but fortunately there was no damage to any of the parts and all the parts were in the box. The installation instructions were not any help and I had to go to YouTube to find adequate instructions. Fortunately there is a video of an end customer doing the install. It isn't very detailed but just enough to get you through the install. The biggest problem with the install was the 12 bolts and screws included with the product were impossible to install. The bolts are "Carriage Bolts" they have a round head and a square neck under the head. This design is to allow the bolt to sit in the hole and not turn while you tighten the associated nut. The nuts included are self locking type so getting the nut to tighten down without the "Carriage Bolt" turning was impossible. Also, the bolt has a round smooth head so you can't hold it with a wrench and that's why I needed to buy "Hex Bolts" so I could hold the Bolt with the wrench while tightening down the nut. So, bottom line the 12 bolts and nuts were worthless. I had to go to Home Depot and pick up "Hex Bolts and Nuts" so I could complete the job. So, if you don't mind getting extra hardware to complete the install, this is good product. Looks great and has really made it easier to get in and out of the truck.

Bars came securely packaged, with no damage. Installation instructions were very clear and easy to identify how to install. No fitment problems at all, Bars went on very quickly , and look absolutely great. I chose to order black stainless steel installation hardware instead of the supplied hardware, mind you that there was nothing wrong with the supplied carbon steel hardware. To those giving negative reviews about hardware, fitment, instructions....etc. I have no Idea what you are talking about! I'm glad I did not listen to the negative reviews! These are a great value.

The media could not be loaded. Has only been installed on my truck for a week and rust is already appearing. Absolutely absurd. Had a professionally installed so even if I’m able to get my money back, I have to pay somebody to professionally uninstalled them.

I ignored the bad comments only because I liked the badxxs look of these running boards. I received the package 10 days after ordering. The box was not in perfect condition when received but it didn’t bother me since these are not made of glass or crystal. These things are tough and sturdy just like my (rig) Jeep Gladiator. These running boards look badxxs, not like the ones in the different off-road stores that I shopped around at in Houston. Install 2 persons will make it easier but I’m sure it can be done by one person. Instructions not too clear but it’s pretty self explanatory by the amounts of washers and bolts in package vs the holes on rig. Common sense I think. It took me 2 hrs to install. Hardware There’s 12- 3/4”long carriage bolts with round heads that must go thru runner and the holes on the pinch of the rig. Those will never work. I replaced those with 12- 1” long hex bolts and nuts in order to hold the back of the bolts from spinning. All other hardware worked and fit perfectly. Final Outcome Looks badxxs Makes it easy getting in and out of my rig.

I took notes from previous reviews and left all bolts loose until everything was fit. Also hit those welds and shipping scratch’s with flat black rust-oleum. Totally worth it and not gap at the back.

I love the look of these. The driver side mounted perfectly; however, the passenger side had one mount (C) that did not line up and I was unable to properly secure it because of this. The holes on top of the mount lined up enough to fit the screws there, so it's better than nothing, but I feel like this is a critical mount that would make it a lot more secure. I don't think it's going anywhere and it feels solid, but not as secure as the driver side. I'm a little disappointed 😞 I would have given this product 5 stars if the passenger side would have mounted like it was supposed to.
