Love the running boards! Look great on the truck. Easy instructions and installation as long as the factory hasnt coated your factory studs in paint (clean with a wire brush before installing running boards or you risk snapping them off).

I have had these on my truck for almost a year now, which is a RAM 1500. The look of these is great. All black, not too bulky, enough foot room on the platforms for those that need it to get in and out, and a sleek addition. The installation was super easy, just needed a ratchet and it provided the hardware. I haven't had any quality issues, either. I am 6'4" and roughly 225lbs, I feel completely safe bouncing on these. Another nice thing that may go unnoticed with some others, is that the snow doesn't seem to stick to these like they have in some of the ones I have had on previous trucks from the manufacturer. Sure, there is a little ice build up on either end of them, but on the actual foot step itself I have never had any issues. These are also textured, so they minimize slippage in snowy/wet weather. Easy instal but work over tarp or concrete. Not one single extra bolt, nut or washer. If you lose one in the grass you would be hating on a great product.

Bought these based on reviews and they do look nice on my Warlock. Some mentioned using a wire brush on the factory studs. Mine didn't appear to have any paint on them but the bolts still wouldn't go on. Tried a wire brush anyway but didn't help. Finally sprayed the bolts down with some WD-40 and then they went right on. No wire brush needed. If you use a 13mm deep socket and a drill driver it makes your life much easier. I would also recommend a basic ratchet to manually check the bolts once done. I gave them each a quarter turn extra. Very sturdy and not going anywhere. You do lose a little clearance but not too bad. Recommended. ... show more

Ordered these running boards for my 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn. The installation was a breeze and only required a 13mm socket for all of the nuts and bolts. The Ram comes with the mounting bolts already installed on the truck for the support brackets, so there is nothing to add to the truck for the install. The mounting hardware is very sturdy and aligned perfectly with the running boards when installed. The boards are light but well made and very durable. Once installed, the boards support weight and don't sag or bend when you step on them. The foot pads are slip resistant compared to other all-metal boards out there. Was able to install these on my 26 RAM bighorn in about 30 minutes by myself. The nuts that tighten to the body get snug fast but thats due to the nylon in them to ensure they done rattle back off.
