I have done quite a few assemblies on other furniture items, so this was very easy to put together. One important step was missing from the instructions. The glass on the front of the fireplace needs to be removed to attach the fireplace to main structure. Diagram points out WK screws on the side of the WKL Unit to be removed, but forgot about the two in the front opening (one by the On/Off button and one on the other side). Altogether, the TV stand comes in three boxes. The fireplace is in one box. The cabinet arrives in two boxes. The main part of the stand (top, bottom, sides, and back) are in one box. For this configuration, the front doors are in a second box (there's another version that has open shelves instead of doors). It's a bit complicated to assemble, but there's a video that walks you through the process. I paid for the home assembly service and that was very helpful. I was frustrated that the fireplace/heater box arrived a week after the cabinet... and a week after the home assembly service. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. In the end, adding the fireplace/heater was a simple matter of placing it into the cabinet's front opening... very simple. Despite the delivery snafu, the final result is stunning and everything I hoped it would be. ... show more

    • The fireplace is nice but instructions are completely horrible

IMPORTANT: taking a glass piece from the fireplace you need to remove 2 MORE SCREWS (one by ON/OFF switch and the one on another side) so it’s 4 silver screws on the back and 2 black ones from the front you have to remove. They don’t say that in the instructions AT ALL, and there is nothing in the video. Thank God I read the reviews because I could break my head trying figure it out. So both instructions and the video are horrible. They should do a better job with that. So after we finally put it together the fireplace looks very beautiful, but it is very flimsy cheap material. It turned out sturdy but It was damaged in a few places just from putting it together. Overall I am happy with the result and happy that it’s over! Lol ... show more

I highly recommend this purchasing from this company. The product was as described. The look is sleek and contemporary. It does need to be constructed. The cabinet was easy to do. The fireplace was a Bit difficult but with the very, very helpful assistance from, Martin, my husband was able to complete the task. Communication was excellent throughout the task. It came in with a crack on the top. I reached out on a Sun and they got back to me the same day (shocked!). Anyway they said they would send another piece right out. I got a notice the next day, Monday, that I had a piece on the way. Three days later I got it, it went on with no problems and thepiece looks great! I really love the hi-gloss cabinet doors. It’s definitely a good looking furniture but made of super cheap wood. Once assembled, this furniture can’t be moved without being damage. (Not solid at all) I would have expected a better quality for 700 dollars . It’s easy to assemble, I put it all together on my own in a couple of hours. Not worth the money for particleboard. Doesn’t heat enough. To use lights with remote u have to stand right in front of it. TV legs didn’t fit. Screw went through and has a bump on top and scratched already at bottom bc it’s so cheap. Buyer beware! Too much trouble to disassemble to send back bc it will break to pieces. Forget about filing a claim. They give you run around. Never again will I purchase something like this online. Lesson learned and out over $700. Ridiculous. ... show more
