This was a hard review. I like the running boards and that they have the lights. They are sturdy and very functional. HOWEVER, to get to the finish was not without it’s challenges. The instructions really suck. Not sure what illustrations they are trying to show, but I basically had to just throw them to the side and figure it out. Now the issues I had: CONS 1. The brackets, while sturdy, should be engineered to fit and come as one piece. You have to put the frame mounts and the body mount pieces together. What they don’t tell you is, don’t tighten all the way…you WILL make adjustments. 2. The bolts, in some cases not all, are too short. Passenger side front, I could not get the nut to thread onto the bolt unless I removed the lock washer. 3. Because of the design, I had to make many adjustments to the mounting brackets before I could actually attach the running board. This was not done without stress as adjusting one bracket directly affects the others. 4. There are absolutely ZERO instructions (guidance) regarding the wiring of the lights. I wanted to tap them into the wires for the door lights, but wasn’t sure which wires those were…ended up tapping them into the AUX switches and programming the switch to remember it’s last setting, so when I remote start, the lights will come on. I would like to suggest more instructions pertaining to the wiring. 5. I am not mechanically ignorant, might have taken others less time, but I always like to take my time and make sure it’s done correctly and I don’t miss anything. With that said it took me 6 hours to install. PROS 1. Sturdy good looking boards 2. Lights are very bright and work as advertised 3. The boards and hardware was packaged really well and damage free even though the box was pretty worn out. 4. More than enough hardware to accomplish the install.

Nice cool looking sideboard with led light ,for my jeep looks nice ,& a nice fit & seems like they will last. Other than the bolts being short they need to make longer bolts ,& that being said. Check the bolts before off-roading ,& after off-roading. I will put them to the test, & see how long the led lights last.

I own a 2023 Jeep gladiator which the description states is compatible with. The installation to the frame was clear and simple. However the original delivery was missing brackets but the seller immediately took action and replaced all the installation parts necessary at no cost! (Thank you). These do come with plug in and play wiring harness but does not give any description or even suggestions as to where to find or connect these wires to the vehicle. I currently have these installed and having to take to someone to assist at a further cost. Great durable product but do wish I’d have known this before purchasing!
