Easy installation. Works very well. It's simple, and seemingly sturdy. I really like it.

    • I’m very disappointed. Including extra hardware
Color: Bronze
At the bottom is my original, one-star review; it was based exclusively on the fan's "low air volume". I'm now substantially upgrading my review due to the following. 1. World-class, top-tier Customer Support. Due to the review, they contacted me immediately, and we had extensive and substantial email exchanges, during which they offered every reasonable kind of help. I copied my final email to Support below. 2. I've become convinced the fan is competitive with other current fans in its price range in terms of air-flow and that my expectations were too high. 3. Other than air-flow, there are a lot of positive things to say about the fan: Good, heavy construction; good documentation; extra screws, washers, etc. just in case; operation is extremely smooth with no balancing required. Here's my final email to Support: "Thanks Nick. I agree with all your conclusions below and don’t want to invest more time in experimental swaps or returns. The fan is a disappointment, but our exchange has convinced me it’s probably comparable with other fans in its price range. However, your customer support is top-tier in a world where even merely satisfactory customer support is becoming more and more rare. Consequently, I’ll enthusiastically upgrade my review. Thanks again, Bill" Below is my original review. I’m very disappointed. Including extra hardware, I invested approximately $110 in this ceiling fan. But much more importantly, I invested over 6 hours of my valuable time installing it. The fan works, but it moves very little air; its highest speed is barely up to medium on my other ceiling fans. This is the most anemic ceiling fan I’ve owned, and it’s of no value to me. So, after my very considerable investment, I have nothing to show except a depleted wallet and lack of things I could otherwise have accomplished with my time! ... show more

    • Looks great, is whisper quiet, no wobble and easy to install.
The fan arrived on time with out any damage. It was very well packaged and installation was straight forward. I installed this fan over my work bench in my woodworking shop but wouldn't hesitate to have it in my house, simple and attractive best describe it's appearance. It comes with every thing needed to install it as a ceiling hugger, sloped ceiling or as I did with the down rod. Since this is a indoor or oudoor fan, I plan to buy another one to install on my covered porch. The operation is extremely quiet, smooth with zero wobble and an effective air mover. I'd choose this fan again and recommend it to others. ... show more

    • Quality Product!
Color: Bronze
This is not a bad fan for the price. Well built and silent when running. The only issue I had with it, was the bell housing is smaller then many others I have installed over the years. So if you want to add a remote to your fan, you will need to buy a small receiver like LPHUMEX Ceiling Fan Light Remote Control, that you can mount on the top of the base of the fan housing as long as it is under cover of course. It seems like Honey Well would have concidered most people would add a remote to the fan and use a little bigger cover, so a receiver can fit in there. Other then that works fine! ... show more

    • Great purchase.

Review Image by JR
We purchased 4 Honeywell Outdoor Ceiling fans for our covered front porch. We had an electrician install them. They look nice and operate great. Low noise level but really moves the air. These will be great for our Texas summer weather.

    • Simply put, these are awesome.
Color: Bronze
With summer rapidly approaching we needed to get some air moving on the deck so I ordered these fans. With the long blade and short extension they are close to the ceiling but move plenty of air. Instead of traditional installation I did wire a plug to the fan and plugged into a smart plug instead of having to wire a whole new box and now can control them with any smart device in the house, works out great, is convenient and I didn't need to add new switches or boxes onto the porch. So far these have made sitting outside more comfortable for a variety of reasons, firstly the moving air is nice and even though it's hot out, it never feels uncomfortable. Secondly, they move enough air so we we are out we have less of an issue with flies and mosquitos. It's amazing how having some moving air helped with that issue. Overall, they are a great product for the price and hopefully will last a long time. ... show more

    • Cheaper than lounging in the wash of a helicopter
Color: Bronze
As I write this review my new fan is blasting cool, silky air down and around my keyboard and me; barely hear it even though it is on "wicked" high. All this an it looks slick too. I usually don't appreciate brand logos hanging out on my gear but the Honeywell tag adds to its charisma. Only red mark would be the instruction: could have been a little clearer and some small parts should have been included, such as : the tiny washer and locking washer for the bolt that a typical outlet book doesn't provide either. Installation was pretty easy, even for a novice handyman such as I. I would recommend mounting using a a ceiling fan outlet box with a side mount to support the fan. Mine is super stable, doesn't move a tick mounting it this way. Oh and another plus: it was one of the more affordable ceiling fans as well. Highly recommend. ... show more
