After reading 100s of review, I finally settled on this one. It's perfect for my needs. I've smoked chicken breast, turkey breast, and fish. I intend to smoke cheese, some sausage links and some ribs. I only smoke enough for one serving so I let the food sit under the dome for an hour or so, then air fry or "air" bake or broil. ... show more

So easy to assemble and use. You need a tiny amount of chips to smoke one cocktail. Don't overload the machine with too much wood chips. Very easy to clean. Smoking cocktails is all about experimenting. Smoking the glass before pouring the cocktail, smoking the cocktail in the glass, how much time you should leave the smoke trapped in the glass before you serve the cocktail.
