Use the included wrench to rotate the bolt at the end of the treadmill to make the running belt appropriately tight; After the adjustment is completed, first observe whether the belt is running smoothly without load, and then start exercising.
- TIPS: If there are wrinkles or gaps between the running belt and the running board, it means that the running belt is loose and still needs to be tightened. The reasons for choosing this machine: - I paid $300 for it (an opened box item but it's brand new with only the box opened then taped back.) -It has 3 HP, less than 3 HP it's just a toy. - It has handlebars (at 64, I do need this feature.) - There are 3 control options: remote, top panel and bottom panel (better to have more than 1.) - It has 12 Preprograms for quick exercise routines. - It looks nice and strong like a serious home exercise equipment. The setup: - This machine needs a hard solid flooring so I put it on my first hardwood floor for testing (My decorated but not really for use living room.) - I use a professional level to ensure left side and right side are on the same level (I use junk mails for adjustment. I found a thin sheet of plywood in the box for this purpose but it's just too thick.) The 1st test finding: - The control is intuitive so I did not open the manual. - The machine runs well out of the box so no adjustment for now. At 157lbs and 5'8, I don't put any stress on the treadmill. After 1/2 hour, I found that if I walk or run near the rear side, the belt will be driven off center easily. If I walk or run close to the front side, The belt stay center the whole time. - I can't verify that this machine can go up to 8.7 mph, but at program # 4 it's already too fast for me. - The programs on the machine make it Fast and Slow. Fast will heat up the motor then Slow will cool it down. This is a very good idea to prolong the life expectancy of the machine. I recommend using the programs on this treadmill. - This machine has 3 seconds delay when started and slowing down when stopped. This is really helpful to senior user like my wife and me. - The remote really a good accessory when you run a lot on the treadmill. Walking, you don't need it. - I bought this treadmill mainly for my wife to use during bad weather days. She only 5' & 100lbs so this machine will be in my house for ever. The best thing is "my company pays for it."

I purchased the treadmill in March, 2024, after my Covid (2020) walking/jogging treadmill died. Being the Spring, I didn't need it much in March. I think I used it for 20 minutes, just to ensure that the unit worked. On holiday break (school teacher), I used it for the first time since. After less than 4 hours of walking, I received E02 and E03 error messages, which basically means the motor and/or control board are shot. The phone number on user manual did not work. However, they were quick to reply via email. After I proved that this wasn't a scam, and that the machine was actually broken, they sent me a replacement free of charge. I have used this new treadmill several times, and just finished a brisk 24 min 5k. The machine held up just fine. Fingers crossed that with preventative maintenance it will last for a few years.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect for what I wanted— — I wanted an affordable indoor walking option— no fancy programs , no simulations of hills or mountains— just a flat walking pad —It is heavy and while it is maneuverable I wouldn’t say easily — I can get it to another room. Wouldn’t want to move it often though —so so quiet— as seen in the video I posted— Easy to watch movies or listen to podcasts —I am 5-5 so the length is ok for me. I think it’s shorter than a normal treadmill— maybe— so someone taller and with a longer stride may have issues. I am having to pay attention to the width and length so I don’t trip up. Again, not too much of an issue for me. —there is no pause feature— so 15 minutes into your walk and the dog wants out you have to stop it and then restart— it doesn’t bother me but I have seen it mentioned in other reviews — you can take a slow stroll (0.6 slowest) or go Into a fast jog or run (6 highest). I have only used maybe up to 4— — haven’t tried one of the usual treadmill features yet and hope not to. BUT I think it will perform extremely well if you need it — The Clothes Rack/Clothes catcher feature— it isn’t advertised but I am sure it will be excellent if needed🤣🤣 ***please use the safety clip. I haven’t needed it yet but it is there for a purpose— be safe

When it came, all I had to do was open the package pull the handlebars up tighten them up, plug it in and it was ready to go. Been using it for about five months with no complaints works wonderfully.

This product and company have been nothing but disappointing. Since writing my review (see below) the company was receptive and reached out and offered to remedy the situation with a refund. After a back and forth of correspondence it turns out the refund was solely contingent on me changing my review of the product to “4 or 5 stars.” I refuse to mislead others about the quality of the product. Nothing changes the fact that I spent the money I did on a product that died after 3 months of use. It’s upsetting this company runs the way it does. It is both dishonest and fraudulent. Original review: I would caution against buying this treadmill. I thought I did my research to get the best value for what I needed, unfortunately, this treadmill was a big disappointment . I used it 2-3x a week to walk at 4.5mph for roughly 3 months until one day the machine just stopped working. I had someone come look at it and they said it was an electrical issue that made it defective and essentially it was “dead” and nothing could be done to fix it. Prior to the treadmill dying the belt slipped often and would need to be realigned every other week. I would not recommend to this machine to anyone.
