I have been looking for products that make cleaning more efficient and enjoyable, especially tools that my mother can use as she has difficulty bending due to her necrosis. This vacuum is fantastic! It is very lightweight and so aesthetically appealing. I love the attachments for vacuuming your upholstery, car, linens, and for getting into all those nooks and crannies. Its very easy to set up, extend, convert, and empty! I appreciate that you don’t have to charge the entire unit, but rather just remove the battery pack and connect it to the included charger. It charges in about 4 hours and the solid light takes the guesswork out of figuring out when the battery pack is charged. I also have enjoyed the fresh scent that comes from the hand base when using the vacuum thanks to the included tablet. When I was looking for a vacuum I wanted to make sure that the vacuum head swiveled, which this one does and it’s such a great feature. The vacuum also comes with a wall unit for storing. We have yet to attach it, but it you attach it to the inside of your door closet then your vacuum is out of sight and nearly stored. If you don’t use the wall unit, be careful when standing the unit as the hand unit is heavier than the bottom and the vacuum will tip over or slide. Now, I have realized that this vacuum was not made for fluffy carpets or even thick mats (e.g., fluffy bathroom mats, rubber style anti-fatigue mats). You can use it on thinner rugs and it’ll suction just fine—I’ve used it on a very thin rug that I lay under my kittens’ litter box and cat tree—but definitely not a shaggy or fluffy carpet. I tried using it on the fluffier bathroom mats and it was not an easy feat. However, I didn’t purchase the vacuum with the intent or need to use it on carpet or mats but rather on tile and laminate wood floors—and it works amazing on those! My only two gripes are that 1) the charge only lasts about 30 min (but that is mentioned in their product photos) and that 2) when you use the faster speed (2nd click) it goes faster but then you can hear it slow down after a few minutes. I mostly use the normal speed anyways so it’s not a deal breaker for me, but I do wish it maintained the power throughout that faster speed. Those two things aside, which again aren’t deal breakers for me, I think this hard floor vacuum is a value added home cleaning tool. We absolutely love it and if you have kittens/cats it is an absolute necessity to pick up all those litter pieces they sometimes drag onto the floor. It’s also jaw dropping to see just how much dust collects in the filter—gross but also there’s no way your dustpan and broom is picking all that up!

UPDATE: don't waste your money. We bought this in October of 2023. By Jan it was worthless. No suction at all. Such a waste of money. We reached out to Amazon because according to this brand there is a warranty, they were not help whatsoever and because it was past the return period we were out of our money. Reached out to the manufacturer, no response. TikTok videos definitely hype this product up but do not waste your money. It won't last a few months and I can get a $30 dirt devil at Walmart that works better at this point. A little top heavy but nothing crazy. Definitely still a lightweight vac. Design is beautiful. Display for battery is nice. Even let's you know if the vacuum head is clogged. Does Feel a little cheap? Yes. But the extension pole and where it attaches feels really secure. My biggest worry is it would feel flimsy where it connected and snap easy with pressure. Not the case. Definitely sturdier than I thought for the price. If you want to know what the white disk is....it's a scented aromatherapy disk. Goes in the filter. The QR code on the vacuum will take you to FAQS that explain it-- it took us forever to figure it out and I can't be alone lol The suction: meh. If you want this for hard floors...yes. works fine. For a handheld crumb catcher? Great. Dust/corners etc? Great. Cat hair, food, litter...all picked up with ease and picked up right to the edge of the floors/baseboards. Will it pick up loose things on carpet? Yes but this will not vacuum your carpet well. Maybe very low profile rugs but thicker carpet...this is not going to be your daily carpet vac. And it will barely have any suction on carpet unless it's at full power. Battery life I would say goes quick. Mine was at 57% when opened. I got to try it on the kitchen, living room, hallway and one bedroom. When it starts getting under 20%, the suction is terrible. For me, for the price.....I have kids and pets everywhere. All floors are hard floors except bedrooms. This is easy to run around on the kitchen and pick up debris, pet hair, litter, go over blinds, use the hand tool for messes on the kitchen table even...this works great for that. Do I wish it vacuumed like a Dyson on carpet for $100? Lol yes. But you will have to pick and choose your battles here for the price. When you turn it on you think oh no.....because it doesn't sound like there is any suction but because the brush roll is decent is does a great job on hard floors. The motor seemed to warm up rather quickly-not hot but definitely got warm. Hopefully that's normal and I won't have to update this review. Overall, if you're on a budget and want something for convenience to vacuum around the hard floors but don't want it dollar general cheap ...this is the right way too go. If you have a carpeted home....I wouldn't. Hope this helps
