When it does work, it does so very well. Vibration intensity at highest level is more than enough to wake a medium to medium-heavy sleeper. Setup is relatively painless, setting alarms is easy to do. HOWEVER, it doesn't do the one thing it's supposed to which is actually alarm reliably. Your phone must be continuously connected and never drop. All night. You would think you'd be able to set the alarms once and never have to connect your phone again, wrong. You need to connect every time you want to use this, and switch off every setting you can find on your phone to let the app stay connected all night. "But the user manual mentions that when the light is white the alarm is active" - also wrong, I've literally watched this thing gladly blow straight past a configured alarm time while happily displaying a white light saying trust me bro, I'll let you know when it's time. It only ever successfully alarms if and only if the light stays green all night, meaning that your phone remained connected all night. Out of 2 weeks trying this, I maybe got it to successfully alarm overnight maybe 3-4 times. You think you'd be able to set this up once on your phone, disconnect, and switch the watch on only before you sleep (with the white light), then switch it off when you wake up. Also wrong. You need your phone paired every time you want to switch this on, even if it's just to activate the alarms that are already programmed. If not, it'll just nope out and switch itself back off, leading you to wonder if you really are just impervious to vibrations. You also can't actually switch this off reliably either - pressing the button down for >2s just power cycles the device, and it goes back into pairing mode. If it then connects to your phone, which, it will because you most likely have your phone on you when switching this off, it just stays on all day, wasting battery. Customer support is non-existent, trying to at least get a troubleshoot for the white light above has also taken 2 weeks to even get an initial response. I really wanted this to work, it's one of the more polished solutions at a mid price point. But considering my Casio from when I was 6 can more reliably set off a recurring alarm, I'm going to just stay with my smart watch which has a weaker vibration, but it will at least vibrate when I tell it to. Overall pass. If they fix the above firmware issues it'll be an immediate buy for me, but returning it until then.

This works wonderfully! It has a dedicated charger so if you lose that, you lose the ability to charge it. Lasts about 3 nights.

It works exactly as described. The only hiccup is checking the small light under the watch to make sure it's on. But once you get into the routine, it's fine! App is easy to use. I use this for my kiddos and they find it comfortable to wear throughout the night. Battery is long lasting.

I can’t even test this out the band is too small and it cuts off circulation. I even have tiny wrists and it’s way too tight. I have no idea what to do. Idk if I can get a new band that’s bigger. I waited for it for so long to help me wake up in college but i don’t think it will work.

Everybody in my family can sleep through just about anything. This watch was a last ditch effort not to be running late all the time. The vibration level can be turned up or down depending on what you need. We love it! Wakes me up naturally doesn’t jolt me out of bed.
