The media could not be loaded. WASTE OF MONEY - LOOKS NICE BUT JUNK Bought this for my daughter. I didn't know it didn't work until it was too late to return it. Bye-bye $40 and my daughter doesn't get the relief she needs. Following all directions for the heat settings and it just doesn't work.

I wanted this mask to use for warm eye compress to relieve dry eye. The first mask lasted two uses before the lights blinked red and stopped working. Because the mask was well constructed with good weight, I held out hope and accepted a replacement offered by Amazon. The second pair survived three uses.

I got this for Christmas this year. I tried it the first day and it worked pretty well. The mask was a little uncomfortable for me but not so bad I couldn't use it. 3 days of use and the controller just flashed like another user's video. I unplugged it and plugged back in and then it worked. This happened 3 more times. Today, 2 weeks later and now it doesn't work at all. Nothing stops the flashing. I hope my husband saved the receipt because it's junk now. I don't recommend it.

I have the same negative review as the others here. However, I really enjoyed it until it through the unclearable error lights at me. Usually heating pads can be reset by unplugging them and plugging them back in. After several accidental unplugs (because it's a delicate attachment) it won't reset. This has now happened with two different ones. How many times am I going to have to return these to find one that stays working? Also, I could not find their manual for it (HP-G42AJ) online. They do the manuals by numbers, but it doesn't seem to have that one listed.
