Great mic stand, I was able to attach two of the heaviest mic on it with no issues(Podmic, SM7b). Horrible multipurpose stand. The attachment arms are weak unless you put a webcam on it pretty much everything else saggs. It can't support a notebook let alone a laptop. My one complaint is "It saggs, it saggs, it saggs". If they could fix that this is the best stand you can buy. When I say great mic stand I mean it especially if you worry about removing the mic out of frame or bring it closer to your mouth ... show more

I have been trying out different desk setup for working from home, taking video calls, and filming desk top reviews at my home office. This Ulanzi streaming setup is fairly good. The overhead mic mount is perfect for my studio mic. I pull it closer to me when I need to use it and move it out of the way when not. The other two arms I have two ball head mounted on it to put my ZV-E10 camera as a video camera for calls, and sometimes a mount for iPhone for filming other things. I find that the arms are not long enough to reach where I need them to be sometimes. One negative about this system is the the laptop tray. I cannot get the clamp to clamp hard enough to hold the arm steady. If you look closely at the photo, the arm is sagging because of the weight of the laptop. This is just a 14 inch MBP, not that heavy. Overall it is a nice setup. I have been using it for a few months now. The tidiness of having just one pole where everything is mounted on it is a great advantage for a tidy desk. ... show more

    • Nice all-in-one stand, that will provide you with four helping hands with your equipment.
The camera mount with extra arms by Ulanzi is a great idea if you need a computer, camera, light and mic all in one area and want a stand to hold them. This mount does a great job at trying to facilitate this, but may falls a little short in its executions if your equipment is excessively heavy. The idea and overall quality of the materials are great, but it’s difficult to ask one bar with multiple arms to hold a lot of weight attached throw a c-clamp. The design does allow for a good amount of weight by having the joints move horizontally instead of vertically. By designing this way along with solid materials, you’ll find this mount to be very capable of holding many combinations of weight and performing very useful tasks. If your using fairly normal or lightweight stuff you should be fine, otherwise you might get some sagging in the arm of the heavy object. The quality of the materials is good and feels solid, this should equate to a good service life and longevity. Its design allows for a lot of flexibility to move things were you need them and is very functional. I found this design to be a great idea and very usable if you have an open desk or equivalent that can be dedicated for this purpose. Once you put it all together, it takes a good amount of room on the desk or on the perimeter of the desk to be used. A huge benefit of this design is that you can put the arms onto the main body anywhere you want or not at all. This allows you to customize it to whatever you want and how many arms you want, to fit your particular situation. Overall, this is a great idea that has been built tough enough to handle most peoples needs, while leaving them grateful for the helping hands. Overall, this is a very nice kit. There are sufficient arms for the most typical gear you might need. I would call the extension arms medium-duty. They are lightweight and can probably support most prosumer type gear well. The clamping system is simple and appears secure. The microphone boom arm is excellent for a light microphone. It was unable to hold a fully extended SM7B. However, if you are using a lighter mic, should be fine. The clamp to the desk is very good quality and easy to turn.     • Nice Stand, I would definitly recommend
This is a nice stand. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing an all in 1 setup. There is the main arm, mostly just for either a camera or a microphone, and then there are 3 more arms to use at your leisure. You don't have to use all of them but they are there in case you need them. They are semi sturdy and can handle about 4.4 lbs according to the Amazon Store Listing which would include most consumer products, laptops may be a different issue though. This uses a Vice type clamp to mount to the desk, it has 1 arm that is about 4 feet long with 2 adjustable joints for the Mic, the other 3 arms would come off of the first section of the arm coming off of the clamp. Turns easily and very universal. Comes with the Clamp and main arm segment, then a boom arm to attach to that, and 3 other arms which would attach to the main arm segment. Also comes with a Laptop bracket, Tablet Bracket, Ball Head adapter, 2 adapters for 1/4" to 3/8" adapter and a 1/4" to 3/8" adapter. Its a nice all in 1 kit for mounting a laptop, mic, light, and a camera if you want everything on 1 arm. The price is kind of steep but for what you are getting its a pretty decent price still. Otherwise you may be using multiple mounts and stands in your setup if passing on this. ... show more
