Fit perfectly in my R3 fork stem, very sturdy and well made. QuadLock fork stem mounts are not compatible with the R3, so this piece is necessary to use their mount. I put an adapter in the middle and got the ball QuadLock mount (with vibration dampener) and it works perfectly and has held up so well over the past year. Perfect fit for a 2025 Yamaha R3. Took the original bolt out, put this one in. Easy peasy. The 1" ball allowed for fit to many different options for phone mounts. I would, however, encourage you to do a bit of research before swapping this part out, as there does seem to be some differing opinions for the torque spec, so you'll have a choice to make. We went with 30 ft/lbs and blue thread lock for this replacement part, based on reading through a few forums, and some answers we saw in those. The spec for the original bolt on the bike was something around 60 ft/lbs, but it felt like that would be far too much for this part. ... show more

I have a 2025 Yamaha R3. I had trouble figuring out what set up I needed for a phone mount but finally found all the right pieces! This stem nut bolt is quality and was super easy to install. To complete this set up for my bike, I also had to buy a double socket arm, and a phone mount with a 1” ball attachment. Fit on my 2015 Yamaha R3 with no issues; just had to remove the 22mm nut in the middle of the triple tree and this mounted easily. I have a RAM Mount double socket attached to it with a RAM Quick-Grip at the top in place. Definitely would recommend this.

You’ll need a RAM 1 inch ball adapter and just a ball mount and you’re good to go. Make sure you have the right tools to take your fork stem off.
