Perfect fit for R3. Period. You can separate the two pieces to be able to put proper torque when tightening down. I can't remember it, just Google it.

Fit on my 2015 Yamaha R3 with no issues; just had to remove the 22mm nut in the middle of the triple tree and this mounted easily. I have a RAM Mount double socket attached to it with a RAM Quick-Grip at the top in place. Definitely would recommend this.

The media could not be loaded. Quality seems okay for what you pay. Much cheaper than the $60 option. But I have yet to try this, as I'm still waiting for my case to come from quad lock. If you're buying a quad lock case, just understand that it's going to be at least a week or longer.
