The main reason I got this rig was that it was a single mold and not multiple pieces. Thats is a great feature so I can place my Sony in the cage with just the one set screw on the bottom. It fits the camera nicely so that I can get to battery compartment and ports. The only negative is that the camera (no matter how tight it is) will always have some play/movement. Previous rigs I used are molded to the shape of the camera where this is more general shape BUT MADE FOR EACH MODEL-I dont want you to think this is a "onesize fits all" cage. Still this is a great cage and I'd buy it again.

I bought this cage for two reasons. One to shoot vertical videos on my RS2 Pro and second to have protection and the ability to add weight to my set up when mounting it on my car rig set up. The cage fits perfect. I love that magnetic tool included on the bottom to tighten screws so no looking for a screw driver. Always loved products from SmallRig

The media could not be loaded. It feels really nice nothing is loose. The cage came with all the tools you need to assemble it. I also bought the left handle to get a better grip when shooting handheld. It was easy to assemble however it didn't bring any documentation on how to set up the cage. It is not needed
