My chair arrived on time, well packaged, and without damage or defect. Be careful if using a box cutter to open the box though - because the seat pieces are right there, and you will likely slice it wide open. Fortunately, enough experience with close calls kept Me from doing that. The chair is exactly as advertised in every respect. It is real leather, very comfortable, sturdy, and nice to look at. I wish it had rollers, but just got a rug to put under it that it slides on easily. Besides - it does swivel, so… It functions in every way, as it’s supposed to. The instructions are clearly done by those for whom English isn’t their first language - but assembly is straightforward, easy and quick. This is a great office chair. The one thing I don’t get…not that I would dock any stars over it - is why they used white thread for the stitching. They should have used brown. If it’s a visibility thing during manufacturing - why not use tan? Something more discreet and complimentary. At any rate - it is an excellent chair. :)

I’ve been looking for a chair with better lumbar support since my back pain is getting worse lately. This chair has the high back and neck support I was looking for, you can lean back and the chair will hold you there and then come right back up when you back up straight.. The materials used in the construction of the chair are pretty solid for the price. With the step to step instruction, I spent around 20 mins to put it together. Pretty easy. Also I love the mesh material in the back part of the chair, great for this kind of weather so I won’t be sweating when sitting in the chair Overall, I think this office chair is good buy and very comfortable for a man like me(5’8” 200 lbs). I would recommend it.

I'm happy with this desk chair! Its modern design is a perfect fit for my home office. What truly impresses me is the exceptional comfort – the cushioning is spot-on, providing excellent support for my back. Setting the height to match my desk was effortless. I've assembled several chairs over the years, and this one was by far the easiest and quickest to put together I've seen. After unpacking the box, it took me under 15 minutes. Everything was packed very well, and instructions were very clear and accurate. They even supply a few extra parts in case you lose one or bugger up a thread. The faux leather is super soft, and the quality of the stitching is impressive. I agree with some others' comments that the lumbar support is good and not overy intrusive like some, although it is not adjustable. Surprisingly, the shape of the chair has a contour to support your shoulders which I have not noticed in other chairs. The foam support is about the perfect balance of soft and supportive, and the armrests are especially comfortable. I'm about 5'9" and 195lbs, and this fits me very well. There is still plenty of width there and should fit a larger person quite comfortably. The rocking mechanism is smooth and quiet, and the wheels roll smoothly. This is definitely one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in. I highly recommend it!
