I’m going to keep it simple here. I unboxed the safe and no visible damage upon first glance. Next, I open it to install the shelves and I could not get them to secure in place with the provided clips. So, as I’m staring into the safe trying to figure out why the shelves won’t secure I see light coming thru a crack in one of the upper corners and I decided I’m not going any further with it. I can not speak to the full functionality of the safe because I never got that far. I returned it and was issued a full refund. I blame poor manufacturing for the issues I encountered and I do appreciate that the seller reached out to me and was willing to accept a return.
