Our last knife set was a $14 cuisinart colorful set from Costco. These looked nicer but that is where the pros end. These knives were very dull, and that is the top reason I’d avoid these again. The handle feels alright in my hand, but you can feel how cheap the plastic is. The price was good. We have a knife sharpener so that has helped some, so we will continue to use these, but I might be looking for a separate set on my next Costco trip. ... show more

I expected the knives to be quite sharp, but from the beginnig I found the paring and other small knife to be disappointing. They didn't cut as well as my cheap knives from the hardware store. So, although they look good and cleanup well, I'm disappointed overall.
