I ordered these handles after being cheap and ordering a different, lower cost one. Don’t be cheap like me! The first handles were terrible, didn’t latch correctly and were a pain to install. These handles however, were so easy to install. We do have an older house, so I had to enlarge a few holes, but it took less than 5 minutes per handle. These handles have a great heavy feel to them and have changed the look of our upstairs hall. I plan to purchase more as we switch out handles throughout the house. ... show more

Shame on me for not checking every door knob before installing the product. A plate was missing for one of the knobs and no extra screws are in the package. Be careful since the screws strip very easily. I’ve never had this experience before. Wasn’t about to un install four of the door knobs I just installed just to return it to get a plate that was missing. And if you do go ahead and buy this product I would go ahead and buy yourself so decent screws that don’t strip. Update.. I had the company reach out to me and asked if they could replace my missing parts without question. I didn’t think this was possible since I installed all except the one and thought I would have to return the whole package. No problem at all.. and mailed the part right way. Definitely great customer service which is so hard to find these days ... show more
