Great product, has been working very well I use it to go kitesurfing. I have a motorcycle which has no luggage rack unlike scooters which this is meant for so I knew buying this I was going to have to modify the thing to fit. If you have a few tools and a dremel it can be done, I had to cut the mounting plates to fit and slightly shave the main plate and also re-tap the holes for the bolts but it worked and is still very solid, I've been using it all week. For smaller boards I recommend getting a ratchet strap also because the bungees werent doing anything. Again I knew I was going to have to modify this to work, but overall it is built very well, easy to take arms on and off but I have semi permanently mounted the plate to the bike. Parking is now a breeze which was the whole point. If you have a scooter you could mount this in 5 mins. I dont notice any drag on the bike with this on either, highly reccomend. ... show more

I've had good previous experience with Ho Stevie! items in the past but I did see some of the reviews talking about missing/faulty parts. I thought, " I've never had issues do lets give it a try..." I guess I jixed myself. -My package arrived in great shape and no damage. -My rack bars where nice and neat and no damage. Perfect! I'm ready to mount. Negative!!! No bolts and no allen key. What a waste of time and money. I sent for a replacement BUT now I need to wait about a week to roll the dice again with the next package. No Stevie!! Check your items before you send it. It's not a sealed package so anyone in the warehouse can easily check it. Too much to ask I guess. ... show more

Parking at the beach is hard these days! Surf rack on the scooter changed the game, and the quality of this one is the best. I've had mine for at least 4 years and it's good as new! Just make sure you tighten up those screws good so the legs don't fall straight down and your board falls off (trust me on this) ... show more

Wouldn't mind some nuts 🔩 and another bolt. Bolts are decent material. Carrier arms need a better material for friction clamping them tight. Rubber or grit would suffice.

Very affordable and durable surf rack. Perfect for anyone that lives in Hawaii or those Socal surf towns. Really convenient when it comes to parking as we all know how hard it is to find parking in some surf towns. Surf rack works amazing, easy to install and holds the board in there nice and tight.
