Description
Carrier arms can be adjusted to suit your board. Can be used with or without board bag/sock. Foam covered arms prevent dings or scratches on your surfboard. Bungee cords secure your surfboard. Quickly remove arms or rotate inward when not carrying your surfboard, to reduce obstruction. Depress the spring lock, and slide lower carrying hook into upper arm. Secure the mount to your scooter's cargo rack.Top plate goes on top of cargo rack, bottom plate goes under. Tighten the plates using included bolts. Insert arms into mount piece. Find the optimal position (see what works best with your surfboard and scooter), and tighten the bolts. Remember to use the bungee cords to secure your surfboard. Will this rack work with an e-bike? Our scooter racks fits most ebikes that have a rear cargo rack. If your e-bike doesn't have a built-in cargo rack, you can probably install one. If your e-bike has a standard sized seatpost, use our Surfboard Bike Rack. Can I carry multiple boards with it? No! Our scooter rack will only hold one surfboard. Will it support my longboard? Our moped rack is made for shortboards, and we DO NOT recommend carrying any board over 8' since it will be less stable and might put you in dangerous situations.
