Delivered as communicated- my fur baby had a litter of 8 pups and I wanted a safe and temperature controlled housing for the new pups. Researched a few and even though it wasn’t the cheapest it’s perfect! Easy to assemble, adjustable lighting, easy to clean and moma has a clear view of her pups. Allows me to clean whelping box and house pups in a clean environment. Only 4 days old and I can clean and replace pups in only minutes! The top is removable. I was concerned with the lights getting too hot but as of now there are no signs of heat damage or the plastic top getting hot. I can change the pup pads, wipe down and mom doesn’t get anxious. It runs continuously but I ADVISE please read the directions. It clearly states to leave the front panel open for certain animals. I read a few lost newborns for overheating. I don’t see it being an issue with the panel open to allow additional airflow. It came with a few odd, but doesn’t come with a small blanket or liner for softness. Also additional holes provided if you need to use oxygen or any other medicinal products for your pet. ... show more

Works perfectly Had some puppies born early so I had to take over tube feeding and in the past they would have died, this incubator did it’s job well…. I got a reptile humidifier and a temp humidity gage to add to it Used a humidifier for reptiles and got an oxygen concentrator and then I purchased the larger size of this incubator While the small on worked good for pom puppies for the first few weeks I feared they would burn their ears The larger one gives more head room and has two lights I avoid heat pads as they dehydrate puppies ... show more

You get what you paid for. It doesn’t come with a nebulizer, but it works pretty good. It has a hole where you can put the nebulizer in. I had a litter of 6 and all of them fit in it.

    • Unstable temp control
This product would be great if it had some temp control. It would be 83F one minute and over 110 in the next. It doesn't self regulate and there is no way to adjust airflow in and out of the box. Don't if you are going to use for puppies and kittens it will get too hot.

my dog has a heart condition and i need an oxygen chamber. but this box make my dog extremely hot. even without the heating lights. .. i wish there was a way to keep my dog cool in it

We used it for yorkie puppies when they were not nursing. We lined it with a towel and adjusted lighting accordingly. Holes are on each side of the product to support oxygen needs. Product allowed us to rest, puppies only cried out when hungry. Power bill was reasonable as well.

    • The lights get too hot for the plastic and will melt the plastic!!!

The lights get too hot and melt the plastic there is no temp control and could easily catch fire. It’s also cheaply made. Not worth my money and a danger to have.
