Nice and sturdy bicycle/E bike carrier. It’s a bit heavy and awkward to put on your car especially if you wanna take it on and off on a regular basis. I would suggest just folding it up when not in use and keep it on your car. We use it to haul around our electric bikes and works great for that purpose. Very sturdy and heavy. When you drive, the noise level is zero the base is very strong and it is very durable. Make sure you assemble it very carefully and very nicely. It has a great capacity. I have used it with my bikes with some luggage also and it is very stable. The quality is really good as it should be and follow the instructions very well when you install it or assemble it. The rack itself when finished is nice. Assemble time was roughly 45min-1hr The straps that it comes with along with the bar in the middle for bikes is iffy. The straps are cheap and loose tension so you're better off with ratchet straps or something more durable. The bar in the middle for bikes isn't be best since it wobbles a bit too much, but once a bike is on its not as bad, would be nice though if it could swivel 180 to both sides. Basket portion is great. Would love it more if the release for the hitch to swivel was a quick disconnect vs pin with clip. ... show more

I received a damaged return product. I paid for a new product. The tow hitch neck is bent and damaged. The main support beam is dented and scratched. The center bike holder we chipped and dirty. The key is bent due to it being shipped inside the lock bolt key hole.

Oh, this is excellent piece of kit. I am impressed. and that seldom happens. The design is simple yet obviously satisfactory. The 300 pound capacity and only 50 lb weight immediately got my attention. Then the assembly was straight and to the point. My 2 Lectric MTB, 67 lb ea, fit easily. If we must be picky, one of the locking nuts was without the material inside and I had to dig up one to fit from a bucket of bolts. The vertical support pole was not drill so as to have a "squared" fit on the frame of the carrier. Works fine, looks bad. Ideal for the back of my truck. Looks perfect for the back of my 5th wheel.
