Have just got product installed took me 2 days to install had to modify water lines in RV other than that pretty easy as far as Amazon and delivery I was told I would get it the next day then I got told that I would get it the next day again and didn't receive product until 5:00 to 6 days later what they don't tell you is it comes out of Washington State so it took a week for it to get to me Amazon wanted to insult me with a $5 coupon for having to wait considering that I was a prime member to me that was an insult overall well I'll let you be the judge

got this as a replacement for my original 5 gallon tank on my vintage winnebago. it was not an exact fit, in fact this was a slightly larger unit than what was already there. but it did fit the space, just not the door. because i have a second smaller unit, i did decide to use this as a residential style tank rather than in the camper. easy installation, with propane connections. works great, love having the remote to dial in specific temps. it's probably comparable in price to other units, it's larger than some other units too, so make of that what you will

Unfortunately we had a plumber install this into my RV and the controller didn’t work. I attempted to get in contact with the company to purchase a controller replacement and had no luck. When the heater arrived, the fuse was also blown. So after paying to have it installed professionally, now I have to purchase a new one, have the plumber come back out to remove and install a new heater. This wasn’t the best experience.
