  • Safe to Use: Made of high quality 304 stainless steel, the steamer is rust-proof and durable, making it safe to use for a long time. The steamer will automatically turn off the power when the water in the pot boils dry to ensure your safe use. Reconnect the power supply after it does not resume use. In addition, when the steam hose is blocked, the safety valve on the steamer will pop up to further ensure safe operation of the steamer.

Aesthetically this was a very nice looking pod but the material that it was made of even though very nice looking with two zippered doors one off each side and zippered windows the material did not retain heat/steam well enough for the room to get to a nice high temperature. I have wanted one of these for so long but worried about the quality. Finally, I went ahead and purchased it. I figured if I didn't like it, I would send it back. It worked great and I am so happy that I decided to go ahead and get this one. Super easy to use and well worth the money. Had to have product replaced due to it melted when I tried it the first time. The second one worked but definitely less than advertised took most of set time just warming up to an acceptable level. Returned that one also, and have been waiting over a week for refund, when it took 4 days to receive defect, process and send replacement ... show more

Set up was easy. Steam pot does not deliver enough heat or steam. I tried removing one post to make the top lower, still too cool. I ordered a second steam pot and it is much better, I raised it to full size and I have it on my back patio and I use it 30 to 40 minutes every day.

The product worked for TWO DAYS. LOL! I appreciated the sauna but now I am disappointed. The steamer cracked from the heat, I'm guessing. I found it like this after using it for 3 sessions. Not sure if the heat on this product is too hot. At least for whatever the tube is made of on the steamer.

I purchased another sauna and lost the frame so I purchased this one. This one is much cheaper in materials. I realized it didn’t get hot because there are small holes in the zipper that literally lets the steam out. I thought it was the 1000 watt steamer as the previous one had a 1300 watt steamer so I purchased another steamer… No this thing is just cheap…. ... show more

Never used it once because the heater melted right at the spout. So frustrated how they can make such a piece of junk. I'm looking now at the reviews and it's happened alot. How can they even sell such a piece of junk that melts. What a joke....
