Easy to put together stronger seat than you would think from handling all the parts separately. Quite strong when assembled except the large front and back panels flex out very easily. Don't put any side load on them and all is great! Right size for 2 plus a cat or kid, use a cushion on the hard seat. Tall enough inside for 5 gallon pail of chlorine with lid. This storage bench combines both practicality and style, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Stylish Design: The design is sleek, and it functions as both a storage solution and extra seating, which is perfect for when we have guests over. Generous Storage Space: At 70 gallons, this deck box provides plenty of storage for all my outdoor essentials. I use it to store all of my patio cushions (two benches, four high backs, and four single seat cushions) when they're not in use. It’s surprisingly roomy, and the lid closes securely, keeping everything dry and organized. I love that I can store a variety of items, all in one place, without cluttering the patio. If you're going to store things outside in this during the off season, I would recommend adding a lot of dryer softener sheets to try to deter mice. I haven't had any issues but this sits inside a screen porch during the off season. Durable and Weather-Resistant: The construction of the Keter Solana deck box is top-notch. It’s made of high-quality, weather-resistant resin, which ensures that it can withstand the elements—whether it’s rain, sun, or snow. I’ve had this storage bench outside for several weeks now, and it still looks brand new. The material is also UV-resistant, so I’m confident it will hold up well in the long run.     • Amazing storage bench!

The media could not be loaded. I am so happy with this storage bench. First of all, the color is fantastic. It matches the dark wooden beams in our house and fits with the decor in the living room. It does not look like an outdoor bench in my opinion, it can work inside just fine. Second, I was able to install this all on my own, and I struggle to assemble things sometimes. I didn’t need any fancy tools, I just followed the directions and slapped some things into place (literally slapped it with my hand to get it into position). Third, our cats love it as a sitting area next to the dining room table, and they can look out the window by the front door. We add a cushion on the seat for them, and open the curtains. I could see dogs enjoying that just the same. Finally, and most importantly: it’s fantastic for storage! I will say, it does not look sturdy enough to hold super heavy items. The plank at the bottom is not solid hard plastic, it is light weight and seemed like it might bend or give away if we put something heavy inside. I keep reusable grocery bags in there along with blankets and pillows and it works great for us. I have 5 pieces of Keter products. However, I feel this bench was more flimsy and not as sturdy. Still love the bench. Very comfortable and holding up very well in Virginia’s hot and humid weather. It sits in direct sunlight and no fading at all. I would buy again. I am VERY satisfied will all my Keter products. Some I have had 4+ years and looks just as good as the new pieces. ... show more
