Amazed at the whole package. Extra everything... teflon tape, washers, flow restrictions for low water pressure, even extra replacement rubber shower spouts. Great instructions and even the included questions and answers for different scenarios were helpful. Then of course impressive hardware quality and fit. So much attention to detail for this price point, I'm truly impressed. I did have to order the extra one piece shower head holder separately, but they included the item number in the instructions. The plastic wall mount holder works great but the all one matching metal, looks more attractive in my opinion and should be offered with these packages.

This shower looks great, is easy to install, and is incredibly relaxing. The best I've ever taken. A few things set this apart from competitors: the hand shower hose length is long and can be hung low. You normally pay much more for this functionality. My spouse is shorter and the hand shower is really easy to access. The shower does NOT need to be drilled into the tile, and it's stable. This also helps if you want a replacement without permanently altering your home. The rain shower is not on a single straight rod, but has the curved design. This makes it easier to adjust without changing the horizontal placement too much. The hand shower has multiple settings. This in itself also sets this apart. Overall this is the best choice at this price point for any shower. You will pay 3x as much for these features from a mainstream brand like Kohler, and the other inexpensive Chinese brands lack some of these features.

Wish I could have bought one of these many years ago!! Worth every penny!!! Unreal Quality!, Super pressure all the way around, 3 way adjustable on off spray for running each seperatly or both heads together, All parts look CNC machined & fit together flawlessly giving it super stability. This is the best shower combo we have ever used. It came with its own installation wrench, 3 rolls of teflon tape, Extra silicone & rubber replacement gaskets, extra shower head silicone replacement easy clean high pressure jets. The instructions where illistrated & very specific with close ups & very easy to follow, about a 10 min install, the hooked neck was bent at the perfect angle. I am 6ft & have another 8 in above my head for the flat 12x12 rain head that sits level .That puts the high pressure rain head far enough from the controls but you still have room to step back to scrub up. I will buy again for next shower we instal for sure

I am so happy I purchased this! It took me about 30 minutes to install. The packaging comes with a lot of extra pieces in case you lose/break things. The shower head is STUNNING. It looks like a mirror, which is helpful in the shower! The stainless steel is flawless and is so shiny! Having the hand held head is a game changer for cleaning my shower now! It’s also very light weight so it’s great to wash my body with. There are so many different settings for each of my many moods lol As for the water pressure. The large water wall head is not high water pressure, which is why I gave it 4 stars. However the hand held has great pressure. Overall I am very happy with it!

The media could not be loaded. Super easy to install first of all, it looked intimidating at first but it was far more simple to install than it looked. Instructions weren’t the clearest although all the information was there. Other than that no complaints, no leaks and super strong flow, and the wand is great too. The blast mode feels great for your neck or shoulders. You also don’t need screw into the wall for that, it comes with a sticky pad for the wand holder. Can’t think of anything else to say really. I think for $125 it’s well worth the price, it takes your ordinary shower to extraordinary. Feels like a water fall or rain basically and is so relaxing. Definitely recommend this!!! Love love it!

Product is very high quality and will definitely last a long time. The main shower head feels amazing and has great pressure. The handheld is great too with a really long hose and lots of modes you can switch from. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed!!

We love this shower head! Recently purchased this and installed this showerhead to replace one that was made by a well known brand. This was much less expensive but initial impressions are that it is well made from quality materials. The one it replaced was mostly plastic but this is predominately made of metal. Performance is first rate. The only drawback so far is that there is no way to turn off the whole unit (or place in a low flow mode) to conserve a little water while working up a lather. Other than that it produces a great rainfall effect as well as having a very functional hand held secondary head with enough hose to reach all the nooks and crannies! This shower head is a best buy! The instructions are the worst feature but assembly was generally intuitive and straightforward.
