A lot of rain showers (well all actually) have complaints of the arm not being able to hold the weight of the shower head or that the joints leak which is understandable as rain showers are much heavier than a typical shower head. This rain shower head is awesome. The arm is curved allowing you more range of adjustment as far as height. Where the arm attaches to the base both surfaces are notched. It is impossible for the arm to move without loosening the wingnut and pulling the arm away from the base enough to disengage the notches. And it has an o-ring for a watertight seal. Excellent design! I was leary of the stick on holder for the handheld but it is rock solid. As a matter of fact, I wanted to move the holder and I ended up having to use a heatgun and I damaged the holder. I contacted the company and they said they would send me a new holder no charge. The dial to adjust the water output between the handheld and the showerhead feels very solid and you can adjust the flow from rain shower only to handheld only and anything in between. We run it with water coming from both. The rain shower is gentle and the handheld is powerful. All the connections have rubber washers (and they include spare washers and a spare o-ring). I would say to consider your water pressure when deciding which rain shower head (8", 10", 12") to get as the 12" has a Lot of nozzles and it takes a lot of water pressure in your home to supply all those nozzles. We have a typical big city water supply and the 12" shower head. It works fine but it's a gentle rain shower. If you want a little more force get the 10". If you have lower flow as in perhaps an apartment get the 8". The handheld has plenty of force (and has a removable restrictor which I didn't need to remove). 5 stars for the product and 5 stars for the support. ... show more

Last week I was trying to adjust my showerhead and I managed to break it completely off the arm that comes out of the wall. I got on Amazon and I found this. I had my doubts at first because I wasn’t sure if it would work as well as they said it did. I have to tell you that this showerhead is the best showerhead I have ever bought. Easy to put up it, took my husband about 20 minutes to do it. It would’ve been less time but it leaked the first time he put it up. The second time he put it up he waited to attach the actual showerhead . The instructions show to assemble everything and then attach it to the shower head arm coming out of the wall. But when he did it like that, it leaked. So he attached everything but the showerhead, and once all that was in place, then he screwed that showerhead in place and poof! No leaks. Standing under this, it’s like standing under a waterfall. It feels fabulous. The hand held sprayer is almost as big as my old showerhead was. One of the nice features of this unit is how you can use it. You can use just the waterfall, you can use just the handheld or you can use both at the same time. Wow, this is the best money I’ve spent all year! I purchased a slide bar for the hand held at the same time I bought this and it’s now the absolute perfect shower to me. I’ll have the rain fall running and adjust the slide bar to where the hand held hits my back/shoulders and turn it to the massage setting, It’s absolutely amazing at the end of the work day. The water pressure with the rainfall is also impressive, as well as with the hand held. The hand held pressure pushes my hand back when I change the settings. Another bonus is it’s all metal, which I was worried about with wanting chrome, I didn’t want cheap chrome plastic garage. I’m not disappointed in one thing with this shower! ... show more

My last shower head wit hand held hose broke down on us two days before AMAZONS big yearly sale . we had used it for about ten years and Iam the one who hooked it up so I knew that I could do this chore. After shopping I liked the video for Hibbent , It looked as if I could make it work.The price was good and I thought that the arce in the extension arm would work for my 6'2" husband to shower comfortably . all of the pieces feel sturdy and like they are metal and not plastic. The instructions were easy t read and follow . The wrench that was provided did not fit the part that I needed to tighten so i had to use one of my tools but Iam sure that tool will maybe come in handy at another time . got it all put together then I turned the water on and it all worked . water came out where it is supposed to , tomorrow will be the real tester . If you are in need of a new shoer head , or you just want to enhance your shower routine this Hibbent brand is really cool i am recomending it to everyone . If you are going to move it will be easy to dismantle and hook up at your new place in the future . treat yourself today you will be happy with it. ... show more

No complaints. Pressure is just fine. Very easy to install. I used the exact amount of the Teflon tape as stated. No leaks. Very stable. Matches the pre-existing Venetian decor of the other fixtures. I highly recommend it. No need to spend so much on a name brand one. They also include extra pieces and replacement pieces for nearly everything. Even the rubber tiny pieces the water comes out of. I like almost everything about this product The only thing that I don't like is the square part the rain is not very pressurized which I'm sure it's not supposed to be is supposed to be relaxing but I have very thick hair so I have to use the spray nozzle to wash my hair everyday but the spray nozzle is very pressurized The color is very nice and it is easy to clean so far no issues!
