  • Absolutely the most amazing cookware I've ever used!
Style: Pan + Lid Size: 12-inch
Amazing, simply amazing! I've used a lot of different cookware from different makers over the last 40 years. My most recent (before HexClad) was Anolon-X which was pretty good until I realized it wasn't very 'non-stick' and on top of that the non-stick coating was quite soft and easy to damage. I've wanted HexClad for quite some time, I see it used on Master Chef and it looked amazing but the price always held me back. I finally decided to take the plunge and I wish I had done so a long time ago. The non-stick coating is so slick and tough. I actually bought the 10" a week later. I've used it to sear steak the other night like I used to do with my cast iron and it performed just as well. Finished the steaks in the skillet in the oven. After dinner I decided to see how easily the skillet would clean so I took a paper towel and gave it a wipe and it literally made a path through the grease and crusties right down to the skillet and looked as though it hadn't even been used (I wish I had thought to video it to post here). But the final word is if you want an outstanding skillet, buy HexClad, it's worth ever penny you pay for it. Ok, I have one tiny little complaint, the hole in the handle is a bit too small. I use a hanging pot rack and getting the skillet on the hook is just a bit tricky. ... show more

  • Ignore bad reviews and here’s why
Style: Pan + Lid Size: 14-inch
I’ve had these for a year and so far they are the best skillets I have purchased other than my cast iron, if you cook eggs with oil instead of butter or lard you will have issues every time with any skillet, also be sure to clean them , the dull hazy look is a film that gets burnt on and it’s not that hard to clean off but make sure you get it off otherwise your skillet won’t function properly, at first this happened to me and I almost gave it a poor review but after I evaluation I discovered what I just told you. These might be pricey but it will be the last skillet you buy. ... show more

  • Cooks evenly, nothing sticks, cleanup is a breeze!
Style: Pan Size: 10-inch
I’ve been cooking with my All-Clad pots and pans for years, and don’t get me wrong — I love them. But they’re not nonstick, so I always ended up scrubbing and soaking after cooking. When I brought home my HexClad Hybrid 10-Inch Pan, everything changed. I cooked bacon with no spray at all, and it didn’t stick one bit. Then I used the bacon grease to fry an egg, and it slid right out — no sticking, no mess. Cleanup was a breeze! I could only get the 10-inch for now, but I’m already asking my kids for the 12-inch at Christmas. I never thought I’d be this excited about a pan, but I am truly in love with HexClad! ... show more

  • Eggs stuck despite Olive Oil coating
Style: Pan Size: 8-inch
I'm not convinced it's everything it's advertised to be. I sprayed the pan with oil (olive oil from a sprayer) and cooked eggs. When I turned them over and went to take them out, they stuck a bit to the pan. Totally unexpected. But based on advertising, I can only assume the Hexclad is a healthier choice than traditional pans with non-stick coating. ... show more

  • I’ve Happily Discovered HexClad!
Style: Pan + Lid Size: 10-inch
My first HexClad purchase and won’t be my last! I purchased this 11-inch pan in a set (created by Amazon) together with the 11-inch wok. They share a single lid that fits both of them. I never imagined life could be so easy to cook and then clean until I bought these 2 pans. I’m literally in seventh heaven. My food has never cooked better and my clean-up has never been this easy. Not to mention the appearance of these pans after clean-up. They look as good as new. The quality and durability speaks for itself. When I think of the number of pans I’ve purchased over the years that went bad so soon, I recognize just how good a value for my money these HexClad are. I’ll be buying additional pieces slowly, and that’s fine with me. This 11-inch size pan is perfect for cooking a dinner for 2. I would most likely need to buy the 14 inch for a larger group. I have cooked in that size HexClad pan — owned by a friend who turned me onto this brand — and I found it a bit too large for my petite size. But I’m not ruling it out. ... show more

  • Hexclad heats uniformly
Style: Pan + Lid Size: 8-inch
Hexclad cookware is more expensive than most, but pans and pots are not something you have to buy anew each year. In fact Hexclad could last a lifetime, provided that you do not ruin the coating thereby making the items obsolete. I use Hexclad exclusively and appreciate that the food is heated uniformly, a benefit that cheap cookware cannot duplicate. ... show more

  • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ High-Quality and Versatile Frying Pan
Style: Pan + Lid Size: 10-inch
Quick Take: This pan combines stainless steel and nonstick for easy cooking and searing on any cooktop, including induction. What I Liked: Durable construction, excellent food release, oven-safe, and the stay-cool handle makes it easy to handle. Cleanup is simple, either by hand or dishwasher. One Thing to Note: Heavier than typical nonstick pans, and it’s a bit of an investment, but worth it for frequent use. Bottom Line: A versatile, reliable pan I’ll continue using and recommend for anyone who wants quality that lasts. ... show more

  • Pricey but nice
Style: Pan Size: 8-inch
Hexclad is very proud of their products! After spending way too much time researching non-stick type pans on the web, we decided on this brand. So far we like them. I'm just amazed how much the price range of cookware is. Pay attention to the cooking temperature information from the mfr as it foes make a difference. I think we'd probably get these again - just needs a little change mindset ... show more
