Bought these for my husband a couple months back. I have used them everyday since. I love them and will be looking to expand our collection in the future. Pros: The nonstick is wonderful, haven’t had any issues with food sticking at all. Only need to use a little bit of oil over medium heat when cooking with these. Solid construction on these pans and they can be scrubbed to get off any residual grease without scratching. They clean up much better than All-Clad nonstick pans I had bought in the past. The wok is wonderful, even though I bought the smaller wok it is always still plenty big to put together a meal for a family of 4. Cons: The price is a little high compared to other brands so certainly an investment, but so far they seem like they will last much longer than other pans we have bought before.

Best set of pans we ever bought. Yeah, they are heave, but the heat up evenly and stay hot. We just add a little butter, and we have yet to have anything stick. Cleanup is a breeze.

I really enjoy cooking with these pans. I've used cast iron for years, but it's getting to where I can't lift some of them as easily as I used to be able to. These solve that issue. They are lighter weight but cook food with the same, if not better, heat distribution I'm used to with cast iron. They're very easy to clean, and I don't have to worry about taking out the seasoning when I wash them in hot water with a little dish soap and a tulle scrubby. Most of the time I just use hot water and the scrubby and they clean up just fine. Scratch 'resistant'... that is a rather misleading term. All metal things are scratch 'resistant' when you think about it. If you take a metal utensil to the inside of one of these pans with no thoughts of the possibility of scratching it, you WILL scratch it. I wouldn't say they are non-stick, but as long as you oil and heat them up good before cooking, sticking isn't really an issue like it would be with stainless steel. Basically, you get the best of both worlds.
