    • Not loving the handles, but great cookware
Bought this because of Gordon Ramsey, yep we got bought in because of a celebrity endorsement. The endorsement makes sense though! We’ve cooked with it for about a month now and it’s definitely non-stick, has an even cooking consistency and even temperature distribution. We still use non-metal utensils to cook despite it saying you can use metal on metal (just our preference), the only qualm we would have is that the handles in fact DO get hot when you cook—even though the description says it doesn’t. We have to use pot holders to protect our hands while cooking, which seems odd given the expensive price point. We also wish the handles were a little larger or more traditionally “wok” or “frying pan” with longer handles, but these are small annoyances that we can deal with for the general great function of the pan/wok.
