I was a bit skeptical because of the low price of this saw. Just used it on brass and it worked extremely well. Easy to tension the saw blades and it includes plenty of blades. Did my cuts without breaking the smallest blade. Very happy with this product.

Worked fine Had great selection of blades. I didnt know about bees wax or burr cake to lube the tiny saw blades with, but other people helped out. My first saw.

Came in and was delighted I immediately tried it and it was fun to use as well as simple I should be able to make quite a few things now

    • Great saw but the blades are disposable.
The saw itself is fine for what it is, but the sawblades are pretty bad. I ended up buying some Swiss blades that performed much better.

    • Saw is sturdy, but bench pin is trash!
The saw and the blades included are both satisfactory. Saw feels solid and should last a good long while. However, the bench pin in this set was enough to bring my overall review down a couple of stars. The shape screams lazy manufacture and is unlike any bench pin I've seen. The cutouts are the wrong proportions and the c-clamp makes ZERO installation sense. I would have bought a different set altogether had I known the bench pin was going to feel so cheap and awkward. I haven't used it yet and don't think I will-- ordering a different one as soon as I get paid next. ... show more
