I purchased this wok along with HexClad's 6-piece frying pan set, and it's quickly become one of my favorite pieces of cookware. I've only had it for about a week, but I've already used it several times. So far, I've made scrambled eggs with vegetables, fried eggs, and tacos al pastor. Everything has cooked beautifully. The nonstick performance is excellent. I only need a very small amount of butter or oil, and the food releases easily every time. HexClad says these pans are safe to use with metal utensils, but I personally choose to use silicone utensils instead. While the hybrid surface is designed to be durable, I know that all nonstick cookware eventually shows wear with enough use. My goal is simply to take the best care of these pans that I can so they'll last as long as possible. Cleanup has also been very easy. For foods that leave a little oil residue around the sides, I clean the pan while it's still slightly warm using a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. It works great and helps keep the pan looking like new. I cook on a gas stove and never use anything above medium heat, and the results have been outstanding. Everything cooks evenly, cleanup is simple, and the pan feels like a quality piece of cookware. Based on my experience so far, I'm very pleased with this purchase. I cook a lot, so these pans will get plenty of use. If my opinion changes after several months, I'll come back and update my review, but right now I definitely recommend them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Worth It! I am beyond impressed with this HexClad pan! The quality is outstanding and it truly performs like a premium product. It heats evenly, cooks beautifully, and cleaning is super easy. You can literally feel the durability and craftsmanship. Yes, the price is a little on the higher side, but honestly, the performance makes it totally worth it. This pan is 1000/10 for me! Ok so in all honesty, I haven't cooked in it yet. It was delivered an hour ago. BUT...I will say this. This is THE most impressive piece of cookware I've ever had the pleasure of owning. It is MASSIVE. It is a bit heavy...which I'm fine with and simply means the quality of materials that went into making this were top notch and it was done right. It is beautiful. It is impressive. I am SO excited to cook many, many meals in my new wok! I truly believe I will never have to replace it. It is built that good.

We were hesitant to purchase bc of the price, but this wok, pot, frying pan, bowl has been the best kitchen utensil purchase we’ve made in a long time. It’s gorgeous, has the perfect weight so as not to be so heavy I dread using it (like LeCreuset) and not light and flimsy like many cheap pots and pans. I absolutely love using this! I’ve been using it every day since we purchased it and bc of the craftsmanship, durability, even cooking and quick clean up we’ve decided to purchase the entire Hexclad set. My husband and I went back & forth with me wanting the 12” and him saying just get the 14”— I gave in and purchased the 14” and I’m so glad I did! I use this as a large bowl as well. It’s gorgeous, functional and truly is high quality. On a side note: we are not Gordon Ramsay fans and my husband was actually annoyed at how much we love this bc he really can’t stand him (I couldn’t care less) — but even my hubby admitted that Ramsay endorses a great product. We’re sorry we didn’t pick up the entire set during their Black Friday sale but we will purchase their largest set as soon as they go on sale again. Really can’t recommend this cookware highly enough. Fabulous! I cannot believe I’m so excited over cookware! Lol! I suddenly feel so old! But if you’re on the fence about this, I strongly recommend buying bc you’ll get a lot of use out of it and it’s a beautifully made, solid piece.

Update: Warranty works! I sent them a photo, and the customer responded immediately, confirming they will send a replacement since this is not due to normal wear and tear. This is not worth it. I followed the instructions carefully during the initial use, seasoned it properly, and avoided cleaning it with a brush that could cause scratches; warm soapy water was sufficient. The first two fried rice sessions were excellent, but after the third use, one side felt like something was lodged in it. Despite cleaning it as usual and keeping it dry, it never regained its original quality, and eventually, the non-stick surface was completely gone. I seasoned it every time, just as I do with my cast iron pans, expecting it to improve. However, cheaper brands outlasted this one before I had to discard it. It didn’t last three months and showed no improvement after seven months.
