I'd give this an overall 4.5. The chairs are simple to put together if you have better tools than they supply. I did have to file off a bit of metal to get the rocking mechanism to sit right under the chair. The ottomans are super simple, but the couch made me frustrated. The couch is NOT easy to assemble. The directions were not clear, things were mislabeled and I had to guess a bit. Overall it worked out and anyone can do it if they're patient and have 2-3 people helping. I will say that you cannot tighten down all the bolts/screws on the couch UNTIL it's fully together or things will absolutely not line up. Keep things loosey goosey and you'll be fine. The cushion material is pretty but not very high quality and I give those a 3.5. The frames are sturdy and I expect them to last. The seat cushions are dense and comfy and will last for a good while, but the back cushions will need replacing in a few years and they're just poly batting. For the price, I'm impressed and highly recommend this set. ... show more

I'm really impressed with this outdoor sofa I got. It's really well-made, and it looks great in my garden. It feels sturdy and comfortable. Seriously, if you're looking for a deck outdoor sofa set, this should be a good choice.

Beautiful patio set. It is very comfortable and fairly easy to put together. It took us a few hours but all parts arrived on time and unbent. The frames are thick and sturdy. We have not opened the boxes yet, it was -4 degrees at 11:00 this morning. So we will wait a month or two. The set will be on our patio later. Service was great and reasonable price. Pictures looked great and the metal frame will match our railing. We hope all is there when we open them.

I’m getting separate deliveries. The tables came first, then the sofa. It’s pretty sturdy but the back pillows/ cushions are almost flat as pancakes which makes you sit deep into it. Not very comfortable for a short person. It was easy to assemble.

This is by far my favorite set! The color is spot on the fabric is thicker more like a woven, looks expensive and the cushions are firm and comfortable! The metal is heavier and the bench comfortably seats 3 adults. Customer service was amazing, one of my peices didn't ship and they stayed in complete contact with me updating every step along the way! The only thing I wish is that they sold smaller sets or just the chairs alone! I would love to get a conversation set to match it! ... show more

Unfortunately these beautiful set of chairs rusted after one rain and dripped all over my patio. I was sent two new chairs. Now waiting for rain to see if they will rust or not.
